Meet Catalina Rojas of Red Rose Pro Cleaners

Today we’d like to introduce you to Catalina Rojas.

Hi Catalina, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started my cleaning business out of necessity, but also out of a strong desire to create something of my own. I had worked the traditional 9-5 and reached a point where I knew I wanted more flexibly and control over my life and future. Taking the leap was honestly scary. I didn’t have everything figured out but I was willing to learn as I went. I started as a solo cleaner, taking every job myself and learning the business from the ground up. Along the way I made plenty of mistakes such as undercharging and not having transparency in contracts ect. but I paid close attention to what worked and what didn’t and used those lessons to improve my systems and approach. Over time I’ve been able to grow, bring in help when needed and build a business I’m truly proud of.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely has not been a smooth road, but it has been a valuable learning experience. One of the biggest challenges in the beginning was balancing my business finances, balancing cost of supplies, marketing and overall business expenses while trying to grow and add more clients to my books. Finding new clients was definitely a challenge at the beginning. I really had to put myself out there, post daily, network and get out of my comfort zone.

Booking my first client was a huge milestone and that lead to more momentum, referrals and helped me build the confidence I needed to keep moving forward.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Red Rose Pro Cleaners is a Residential and Commercial cleaning company focused on delivering detailed, reliable high quality services in Broward County and surrounding areas. We offer a range of services from standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning, post construction cleanings and office/janitorial cleaning services. What sets us apart is our dedication, consistency, professionalism and the level of care we bring to each and every space. We arent just focused on finishing a job. We are focused on creating an experience where clients feel comfortable, confident and cared for. From clear communication to dependable scheduling and thorough results, we aim to make the process seamless from start to finish.

We also offer eco friendly, non-toxic cleaning options and use high quality products and equipment to ensure both effectiveness and and safety, specially for families and businesses that value a healthier environment.

What I’m most proud of, brand-wise, is the trust we’ve build with our clients. Many of our clients come through referrals which speaks of the relationships we’ve developed and consistency we provide.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters the most to me is providing quality work and building trust with my clients. I take a lot of pride exceeding expectations and delivering a level of service that clients can rely on. I’m working inside people’s homes and businesses and that comes with a high level of responsibility. Clients are trusting me to not only do a great job, but also respect their space and belongings. Maintaining that trust, being reliable, and consistently delivering quality service are the foundation to my business.
