Today we’d like to introduce you to Carlton Washington and Deniz Duygulu.

Deniz and Carlton the owners and founders met in 2014. Deniz was approached by Carlton to help coach him for a fitness competition. After starting to see great results and hating his current industry and career Carlton approached Deniz about opening a hormone replacement clinic. Deniz also was at a point where he wanted a career change and both agreed to start planning. Once planning started we decided to add more services to the business to diversify the clientele and product offering. The business was opened 4 months after planning began in Boca Raton. We went from 1 client to now having over 11k in our database. We got where we are today by working harder than anyone else in the industry and not being afraid to take risks. We are in the business everyday unlike other business owners so we make sure everything is always done right and clients are taken care of.

Deniz came from a Fitness, Nutrition, and Training Background.
Carlton came from a financial, real estate, and insurance background.

We literally started planning this business 1 month after meeting each other.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
IT has never been a smooth road. We started with very little capital and resources so we had to be very frugal and strategic at the same time. We competed with all the big names in the industry with hardly any resources by doing what they were not willing to do which is work hard. We engage our clients on a daily basis and practice what we preach. All of our staff and doctor actually are patients as well and we use all of our own products and services. We don’t use something or offer it if it does not work. When we decided to open a 2nd location we basically had to start from scratch so that was a major challenge because now we have to multiply our selves times 2. This business is a tough one every single day and its not for someone who doesn’t want to work every day or deal with difficult clients… It’s also extremely competitive currently. People get in and out of this business really quick because they cant afford to stay open while building their clientele.
