Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My name is Bárbara Quiroz, Venezuelan, I’m 22 years old. I currently live in the city of Miami, I dedicate myself to modeling and creating content on Instagram, I love sharing my experiences and day to day with the brands I work with. This has allowed me to have incredible campaigns and results. It all started when I was 18 years old, I realized that I liked the interaction on the networks and that I only had to focus on how to reach more people and how to guide them to do what I was doing! (Many people want to do it, but not all tell you how to start)
Mi nombre es Bárbara Quiroz, Venezolana, de 22 años de edad. Actualmente vivo en la ciudad de Miami, me dedico al modelaje y a la creación contenido en Instagram, me encanta compartir mis experiencias y el día a día con las marcas que trabajo. Esto me ha permitido tener campañas y resultados increíbles. Todo comenzó cuando tenia 18 años, me di cuenta que la interacción en las redes me gustaba y que solamente tenía que enfocarme en cómo llegar a más personas y como guiarlas a hacer lo que yo estaba haciendo! (Muchas personas quieren hacerlo, pero no todos te dicen cómo empezar)
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Of course, I’ve had my ups and downs when you arrive in a new country you’re nobody, you have to start from scratch, make yourself known again, it’s not easy and many times I felt stuck and thought about quitting. In fact, I stopped for several months until he decided to reactivate me again! Thank God, little by little everything improved and now I have my client portfolio and my constant content creation again!
Por supuesto que he tenido mis altos y bajos, cuando llegas a un nuevo país no eres nadie, tienes que empezar desde cero, volverte a dar a conocer, no es fácil y muchas veces me sentí estancada y pensé dejarlo. De hecho, paré por varios meses hasta que decidí de nuevo reactivarme! Gracias a Dios todo poco a poco mejoró y ya de nuevo tengo mi cartera de clientes y mi creación de contenido constante!

In the world of modeling, I am open to different types of work, each boutique is different, each photoshop requires different strategies, but my strength is Studio photography. I have also had the opportunity to perform as an extra in various commercials and music videos. I love it!
As a content creator, I love inventing new and different ways to reach my audience with strategies where both the brand and myself can benefit. Currently, my best pick are the reels where I have managed to reach a top of more than 68.7k views.
En el mundo del modelaje estoy abierta a diferentes tipos de trabajos, cada boutique es diferente, cada photoshoop requiere diferentes estrategias pero mi fuerte son las fotografias en Studio. Tambien he tenido la oportunidad de desenvolverme como extra en varios comerciales y videos musicales. I love it!
Como creadora de contenido me encanta inventar nuevas y diferentes maneras de llegarle a mi audiencia, con estrategias, donde tanto la marca como mi persona puedan salir beneficiadas. Actualmente mi mejor pick son los reels donde he logrado alcanzar un top de mas de 68,7k views.
