Today we’d like to introduce you to Aymara Lucero
Hi Aymara, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’ve been working in restaurant marketing for over a decade, in-house at Miami restaurant groups and franchises. I love food, cooking, psychology, math, and the experience of hospitality, so it has always been the perfect niche for me. I decided to start my agency during the pandemic and pivot from working in-house! Restaurants needed a lot of digital support, and it was an opportunity to grow that might not have come otherwise. It was a “necessity is the mother of invention” kind of moment.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There are struggles every day, especially when you own your own business. Working a corporate job also has its struggles, but in my case, I have marketing-related challenges to solve and client-relations ones. Having a positive mindset and learning from every situation help you move forward, and it’s all part of growing. Just be vigilant that you’re not always having the same recurring struggles because that means something is not working for you.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
As a marketing partner for restaurants, I tell the brand’s story to meet business objectives. Together, we create a comprehensive marketing strategy and systems to convey the value my clients provide to their audience effectively. My services include brand identity development, social media management, content creation, digital and traditional media, analytics, consumer journey mapping, website strategy, community engagement, partnerships, influencer campaigns, loyalty applications, ordering systems, restaurant operations, and market research.
What matters most to you? Why?
Helping a restaurant thrive and supporting business owners in ways that will enable them to succeed from a partner perspective.
