Meet Anita Craine of Simply Chic Weddings

Today we’d like to introduce you to Anita Craine.

Hi Anita, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started Simply Chic Weddings as a division of A. Marie Events & Design in order to offer budget friendly services to clients with limited budgets. I know every client can’t afford the higher end budgets so I decided to offer quality wedding management and design services to fit their budgets.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It’s been going pretty well as I don’t limit my service area, I services south Florida and will go as far as Orlando to provide services to couples.

As you know, we’re big fans of Simply Chic Weddings. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
My primary Business is A. Marie Events & Design and I implement the same business practices to Simply Chic Weddings. I specialize in wedding management, destination weddings, design and concierge services. I best known for how I treat my clients and the experience I give them through their wedding planning process. What sets me apart is the fact that I love my clients and I’m responsive to there needs I know I shouldn’t be responding to their emails or text messages at 10 at night or 2 in the morning, but they need to know that I care about their wants and needs and that I want them to enjoy the process and not stressing over it.

I’m proud of the fact that I have elevated my brand over the years my processes have improved, my client experiences have improved and I’ve become a better planner by education and training to make the experience better for my clients.

The Simply Chic Brand offers clients 6 different wedding management services and 6 different design services that will fit any budget. These were created with couples with limited budgets of n mind.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
Well I can’t say it was luck, I have a lot of faith in God and he kept sending me signs that I followed and as soon as I quit my day job which was another sign he sent me. Opportunities just came full steam ahead. Taking that leap of faith to quit my job this year and do the planning full time was the best decision I’ve ever made. I don’t believe in luck I believe in Devine intervention.
