Today we’d like to introduce you to Angie Landaburu.
Angie, before we jump into specific questions about your work, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Started modeling in Argentina when I was 18 years old. I walked for almost all the high fashion designers in my country, also walked in Chile, Peru, Uruguay and Paraguay. My career really got big after walking NYFW for two seasons, the first designer I walked in NY was Custo Barcelona, then came Angel Sanchez, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada. Being doing many campaigns, and travelling with brands like Pandora, to Thailand, Los Angeles and Punta del Este. With Omega, I travelled to the NASA for their 50th anniversary and TRESEMME for the last six years to cover NYFWS
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Definitely, when I entered Elite Agency Worldwide in Paris I missed a lot my country and my family, moving out of your city is really hard. Had to learn more languages like French, Italian and Portuguese because of work and that was a challenge but for sure made me stronger and independent.

Influencer and Model. Last year I won the best influencer in Argentina and it was the first time of the Awards “‘Martin Fierro”. I did more than four capsules for brands, really enjoy being in the creative part as the image of the brands.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success for me, is the balance of happiness, work and family. If I’m good with these three things, I feel happy and successful.
