Hi Angelina, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
When I was just 16 years old, I was obsessed with having long, flowing hair, but my constant experimentation with colors caused my natural hair to break. So, I tried clip-in extensions, but I found the quality to be wanting. Eventually, I stumbled across an ad on TV featuring an Italian hairstylist showcasing unique hair extensions in Moscow. Intrigued, I urged my stylist to attend the training, and after completing the course, I became the first client of the Micro Keratin hair extensions.
Inspired by this experience, I decided to pursue formal training and make a career out of it. For over eight years, I have been helping women from different countries deal with hair volume, length, and coloring problems, which weren’t always easy to solve. My goal has always been to create long-lasting, healthy, and natural hair extensions.
Today, as the proud owner of Angelina – European Hair Extension located in Miami, Florida, we are known for our superior hair extension services. We offer our clients training in hair extension specialist services, using our cutting-edge and proprietary techniques. Our clientele can always count on excellent service from the moment they walk in for a free consultation, to the moment they leave with their beautiful hair. We strive to make our clients feel welcome and ensure they are informed at every step of the process.
In our salon, we not only offer high-quality hair extensions, but also delicious refreshments ranging from coffee to wine, cookies, and other treats. We encourage our clients to share their experiences and honest feedback on social media with some beautiful pictures to document their transformations.
As a team, we place a lot of emphasis on bonding and teamwork. I believe this fosters creativity and efficiency in the business, leading to innovative and successful ideas. We take assessments as a learning curve and work together to improve as a team.
Currently, we are in the process of expanding our services to include natural hair treatments, color treatments, toners, and glossy treatments. We believe these services will complement our hair extension offerings, giving our clients a complete hair experience. We take pride in our salon, and it’s wonderful to see all the hard work and dedication we’ve put in over the years pay off.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Throughout the journey, many struggles were encountered. There were moments when it felt like giving up would be easier. Reaching the destination seemed like an insurmountable task with obstacles blocking every turn.
Navigating through unchartered territories posed a significant challenge. It was hard to predict the outcome of each step taken, making it scary to move forward. The fear of the unknown was always present, and it sometimes led to indecision. However, with determination and a positive mindset, it became easier to brave the challenges that came with the journey.
There were also times when discouragement set in. The pressure to succeed was intense, and setbacks felt like failures. But instead of focusing on the failures, it was important to take a step back, evaluate the situation, and learn from the mistakes. It was essential in determining what worked and what didn’t, and this allowed for growth and continuous improvement.
Another significant struggle was dealing with naysayers and critics who doubted the journey’s viability. It was important to remain focused and not get sidetracked by the negativity. Listening to constructive feedback was necessary, but negativity only added to the weight on the journey’s shoulders.
From the struggles encountered along the way, resilience was developed. Overcoming obstacles became easier, and the journey’s purpose became more apparent. These struggles were part of the journey, and they were necessary for growth and success.

I have a specialty in offering my customers top-notch hair extension services as the owner of a hair extensions salon.
We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, paying close attention to every last detail, and only utilizing high-quality products. The relationships we have developed with our clients over the years are what I am most proud of personally. It is tremendously wonderful to observe the change in how they feel about themselves after having hair extensions.

As a salon owner, with experience in the industry for over 8 years my advice would be to attend industry-specific events or conferences where hairstylists or salon owners gather to exchange information or learn about new trends in the field. Today it is so easy to use social media – platforms like Instagram and Facebook can provide a platform to show your work and connect with other professionals in your field.
Seeking out classes and workshops can provide the opportunity to learn new skills while meeting new people. Ask around in your community – Ask fellow salon owners, stylists, or friends in the industry if they know of someone who could mentor you. Referrals from trusted sources can be valuable in finding a successful mentor.
