I began my real estate career in 2005 with a passion for helping people create stability, opportunity, and long-term wealth through homeownership. Over the years, I’ve built my business through consistency, relationships, and a genuine commitment to serving my clients and community at a high level.
Today, I’m the Broker and proud Owner of Willis Luxury Group, a luxury and lifestyle brokerage built on the belief that luxury is not defined by price point, but by the experience, care, and advocacy every client deserves. My journey has been one of growth, resilience, and reinvention; balancing entrepreneurship, leadership, family, and community impact while continuing to evolve both personally and professionally.
What has brought me to where I am today is staying authentic, leading with integrity, and never losing sight of the people behind every transaction.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like most entrepreneurial journeys, mine definitely has not been a completely smooth road. Building a business while balancing other professional and personal responsibilities came with challenges that required resilience, adaptability, and a strong sense of purpose.
There were moments that tested me! Navigating market shifts, learning how to grow through uncertainty, and stepping into brokerage ownership with the goal of building something meaningful from the ground up… But every challenge strengthened my confidence, sharpened my vision, and reinforced why I do this work.
I’ve learned that success is rarely linear. The struggles taught me the importance of perseverance, and those lessons continue to shape both my business and me as a person every single day.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happiest is knowing that the work I do genuinely impacts people’s lives. Helping someone purchase their first home, transition into a new chapter, build wealth through real estate, or simply feel supported during a major life decision is incredibly fulfilling to me.
I also find a lot of joy in community, mentorship, and watching others grow, especially women, families, and aspiring homeowners who may have once thought ownership was out of reach. Seeing confidence grow in others is rewarding in a way that goes far beyond business.
Outside of work, spending time with my children and family, creating meaningful connections, and continuing to build a life and business rooted in purpose are the things that keep me grounded and motivated every day.
