Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrea Subotovsky and Deborah Naierman.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
We both have been in the kitchen business for over 18 years. We meet at our daughters’ school one day, we introduced ourselves and found out we were working for the completion. We became best friends then, never spoke about work but we knew then and there that eventually we would go into business together.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Amazing! We are black and white; We have different points of view and we respect each other ideas and opinions. I guess that is why it works.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Italkraft Aventura – what should we know?
Italkraft represents Italian brands of Kitchens, bathrooms and closets cabinetry. We are providing our customers with a personalized and superb service which makes us known within the industry.
We both are hands on both on every step of the way from design consultation, sales, design, drawings to installation.
We love what we do and we are very proud of it, and we believe that if you love what you do, customers can appreciate this and this makes the big difference. Our business relies in client satisfaction and their referrals and such is what makes us proud.
