Today we’d like to introduce you to Allyn Krenzien.
Hi Allyn, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I am a motivated young entrepreneur with big dreams for herself. Not the dreams that seem inaccessible and unattainable. The dreams I know in my bones I will create. The millions of dollars, a life of freedom, and a glass of Dom Perignon overlooking a Costa Rican sunset. The difference between me and other dreamers is that my dreams will come true. I am a woman’s empowerment coach. I help women connect to their body’s to believe they are beautiful, sexy, and alive again. I built my business in December 2020 and I forecast to be making $120k salary in nine months. I’m a yogi, soul-seeker, and movement enthusiast. My life is far from mundane.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Of course not. I’ve struggled immensely and the struggles do not disappear. They only become more manageable. When I was 15, my uncle committed suicide. Unfortunately, l was the only one home to discover the aftermath. It has imprinted me in the best way. I found a love for life only after seeing what a suicide can do to a family. From that moment, I vowed to never question taking my own life. & I vowed to help others love their lives, too. It’s the small price I can pay forward for learning such a big lesson. Other than that, struggles show up often. But I’m too consumed with the bigger picture to get wrapped up in things so minuscule.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am known for the work I do with women. I am a somatic experience and empowerment coach. I help women see themselves in a light of self-adoration and appreciation. As nurturers, we forget how important we are, putting other people before ourselves. Women and mothers tend to do that. What sets me apart is my overall zeal for life. You can feel it. You can see it. I do not waver in the face of uncertainty. I do not let my clients live a life of mediocrity. My clients bestow in me deep trust. And I follow through every single time.
What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is my family, career, happiness, health, and friendships. To me, without community and connection, we have nothing. I’d like to be a mother one day, so that is important as well— prospering a life in preparation for children. I will be a damn good mother. A lot of things matter to me. I take life very seriously while always finding the joy inside of it.
