We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. The journey really began when our family came to the United States from Colombia in the 1990s, starting from the ground up and working hard to build a future in South Florida. Like many in the construction industry, the 2008 financial crisis was also a major challenge, as the market slowed dramatically and many projects stopped.
Those experiences required resilience and adaptability, but they also helped shape the company we are today. Overcoming those challenges strengthened our work ethic, improved how we approach projects, and reinforced our commitment to building high-quality homes for our clients

Our projects are primarily located in premier neighborhoods such as Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, South Miami, Key Biscayne, Palmetto Bay and all other areas throughout Miami-Dade County.

What can be challenging about Miami is the complexity of the permitting and regulatory process. Building in South Florida requires navigating strict codes, multiple agencies, and detailed reviews. While these regulations are important for safety and resilience, an excess amount can sometimes slow projects down.
