Today we’d like to introduce you to Siouyari.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
It all started when I was 13, I first got into music through an app called “Virtual DJ” , At the time I thought that was the only way to produce music until I figured out about FL Studio and thats when things really got set in stone for me. It’s been a 12 year journey that led to Major things occuring within my music journey, I learned how to engineer for other artists and it’s granted me great opportunities, I’ve been blessed enough to produce a song that made it into a AAA Basketball Videogame (NBA 2K21), Produced and Recorded for Tory Lanez, Antonio Brown, Trippie redd, Wifisfuneral, Quentin Miller, Friyie and many more, not to mention I accomplished all of those things while being homeless so it made those moments very special to me, and if anyone is reading this and feels like life is getting the best of them, take it from me that there is always light at the end of the tunnel and you don”t reach it unless you keep moving ! Since Then i’ve been focused on getting my own musical talents out there independently and I enjoy every step of the process because in the end it’ll all make sense.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The journey operated in waves for me, you have your ups and downs and in the beginning I faced a lot of doubt from friends, parents, and some family members. I Had to prove myself and still am til this day that this can work out for me. Anything negative gets shutdown and I stay focused on my mission because no one else will help me reach my goals. I do believe the good outweighs the bad in my case because yes i’ve been through some tough times chasing my passion but I always remembered to keep a positive outlook on everything because what you think mentally transpires into the physical, You shape your own reality so don’t let the struggles identify you but push you harder.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am an artist, producer and mixing engineer based out of broward county, florida. i’m all around when it comes to my craft and there isn’t one specific lane I focus in, I incorporate everything I do into one because thats what makes me who I am as a creative. I guess most people can say they know me for producing and engineering but i’m trying to change that and represent myself more as an artist because people need to hear something fresh and innovative.
I’m most proud of being able to have a song i made the beat for in a video game and get 1 million views on youtube, also my session recording and producing for tory lanez, and also producing for trippie redd. These moments were definitely a great highlight in my journey because I used to listen to their music in the hallways when i was in high school to me being In the studio producing for these same people, Feels like I manifested it all and didn’t even know it.
Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
When you’re first starting out don’t listen to anyone that doesn’t have anything helpful to say to you, this is a world that operates on pure negativity so keep that light within you when starting a journey within this game. You lose by letting the outside intrude into your space because you’ll be the only one that understands your vision, no one else. Build a community of like minded individuals within your circle and make sure those connections are genuine, because at the end of the day opportunities come more frequently when you’re a solid and trustworthy person. Always keep your face clean and try not to burn any bridges if its unnecessary, it’ll reward you down the road in your journey. Most importantly be self sufficient and remember to have fun and don’t take yourself too seriously, the game is made to eat you alive and without stone set principles it’ll succeed in every way.
