Today we’d like to introduce you to Samantha Bessudo Drucker.
Hi Samantha, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My professional life has been a journey. I started as a ballroom dancer and actress. Later, I became a makeup artist, stylist, etiquette expert, and, quickly, a full-service image consulting firm. POLISHED Social Image Consultants LLC. This led me to become a speaker, TV lifestyle expert personality, host, and columnist.
All of this experience has brought me full circle to where I am now. Author of the book, “90 Days To Husband No. 2” a humorous self-help workbook to help you find your person. Available on Amazon in English and Spanish, and its accompanying ‘little black book’ is available on my website, SamanthaBessudonDrucker.com, and Etsy.
Creator, producer, and co-host of the renovation series “Love&Design Project” with my husband, Architect Jeffrey Drucker. Which is now in production! Also in pre-production is a comedic vertical series I’m co-producing, “90 Day Love Train”
I also co-host a weekly Instagram Live with acclaimed actor, Kevin Scott Allen, a 20-minute show for actors and people interested in the profession and craft of acting,
Finally, I have come full circle and returned to acting and additionally to performing stand-up comedy.
I chose to reinvent and reimagine by taking my professional skills, honed over a lifetime, performing talents, writing, and creativity to create media, products, and services. To share my talents and knowledge with larger audiences.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There have been so many struggles along the way. Rejection, being told I wasn’t smart enough, pretty enough, thin enough, good enough, or simply, a woman. Being refused by people who could not see me or my vision.
Markets crashing, marketing failures, venture failures, divorce, injuries, a heart attack, and a natural disaster that killed my business and left me homeless for a couple of weeks. A pandemic and the challenge of starting over, again, midlife, with nothing was truly a midlife crisis. But I’m competitive, unbreakable and unstoppable, a survivor, willing to do whatever it takes, and a perfectionist with an obsessive work ethic. I sacrificed and never gave up because I believe in myself. I have proved to myself who I am and what I’m made of. I just keep pushing, and that has been the secret of my success.

My level of expertise, creative problem-solving, talent, and dedication are what set me apart. As a lifestyle genie and on-air personality for over 20 years. I have a track record that speaks for itself. I do speaking engagements, standup comedy engagements, self-tape styling for actors, and occasionally I will still take on new clients for coaching and image consulting, etiquette, and dating. I’m the author of the humorous self-help workbook, “90 Days to Husband No. 2,” and still contribute articles and videos for outlets like “The Times Square Chronicles” and DivaGalsDaily.com.
These days, most of my time is spent developing and producing projects for my new media company, Bessudo Studios.com. Including “Love&Design Project” and “90 Days To Husband No. 2”, hosting a weekly LIVE “Kevin & Sam Talk Shop” and going after roles I would like to play in film and television.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
The changes in my industry have been drastic and will continue to morph rapidly. Between new AI technology, verticals, and shifts in the market, I can’t foresee how it might affect me yet in ways both good and bad. Certainly, it’s changing and will continue to do so. As some opportunities fade, new ones emerge. Meanwhile, I am going to keep acting, writing, creating, and producing.
