Today we’d like to introduce you to Nadalia Joseph.
Hi Nadalia, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Growing up, I use to watch my sister to do hair like literally every other day she’s doing someone’s hair and I just use to watch. So, I took it upon myself to play in my own hair lol and then start doing other’s hair it wasn’t so good then but now all I can the GROWTH IS REAL!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Honestly, It was a rideeeeee wheww, It wasn’t that I was doubting myself but it was times I felt like “dang am I really going to be great at this frfr?” The struggle was real at a point because I never use to go as hard, thinking people didn’t want me to do their hair but it wasn’t that it was I wasn’t as much content on doing it.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m actually a barista at Starbucks, make some bomb drinks btw lol. I mean it taught so much even the business environment such as; my communication, customer service, customer connection, well-mannered, and stability. I’m well known as a supportive person in every way friendships, family, work environment and that’s really big for me to be real because I walkway and treat a person on how I want to be treated and being supportive is one of my top tiers. I’m def proud that I manage to do my thang and see my business StylezByButterB making moves thank God!!! What set me apart from others? Hmmm, I try my best to be the best hairstylist I can be by making each and last of my client happy and comfortable by returning back to me!
What matters most to you? Why?
My son, Jamari. He’s really my huge motivation. It really makes me feel good on how he just gives me compliments on everything I do and most of all how he prays over my business it never fails! And that matters so much because when a person, especially your child prays for you and what you have going in is such a beautiful feeling! I love my son so much!
