Hi Marian, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I am a Venezuelan entrepreneur and professional organizer based in Miami, Florida. I am the founder of Mayam Organizer, a company that provides organization services for various spaces, including closets, kitchens, children’s rooms, playrooms, and more. I graduated in business administration with a bachelor’s degree in the subject and a master’s degree in marketing.
In addition to my hands-on organizing work, I run the Mayam Organizer Academy, where I offer online courses aimed at teaching organizing skills and helping others start their own organizing businesses. I am also one of the founders of ProOrganizersLatinas, a community that supports and empowers Latina women in the professional organizing industry.
My work is characterized by creating harmonious and stress-free environments through effective and sustainable organizational strategies over time. I contribute every 15 days to the Telemundo and Univisión television channels, teaching organization techniques; I have participated in different podcasts and, currently, as a motivational speaker talking about my career.
From my corporate experience to becoming a successful entrepreneur in the organizational industry, motivating others to know the benefits of being organized and its close connection with personal and professional success.
Let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
In 2015, Marian Bello-Luy faced a crucial moment in my career. Following the closure of the Miami branch of the family business due to difficult circumstances at the Venezuelan headquarters, I found myself in Miami with no employment opportunities that matched my skills and passion. However, this adversity paved the way for innovation and entrepreneurship.
Leveraging my 25 years of experience in planning and marketing, and with the support of my family, I embarked on a mission to transform lives by introducing order and optimization of spaces as a fundamental basis for peace of mind and professional success.
I founded my own company, Mayam Organizer, becoming a reference and author of a testimony of resilience, experience, and dedication, generating a significant impact on the lives of others through order.
I appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
My purpose is to inspire others to become aware of the benefits of adopting an organized lifestyle, enjoying the tranquility it produces, and how the combination of both are essential pillars to achieve both personal and professional success.
As a motivational speaker, I seek to transmit my knowledge and key tools, inviting others to enjoy success, happiness, and tranquility by eliminating limiting labels of order and distracting elements and objects that accumulate emotional charge.
Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
I focus on guiding people to incorporate order as a philosophy of life, explaining to them how transformation goes beyond rearranging physical spaces. It’s about encouraging personal growth and self-realization.
My message emphasizes the need to eliminate limiting order tags that shape our behavior, as well as removing from our environment and mind those distracting elements that accumulate emotional charges that do not add value to the path of success and tranquility.
