My journey into entertainment journalism began with a love for storytelling and music that’s been with me since childhood. Growing up, I was captivated by the worlds that films, music, and television created, and I knew early on that I wanted to be a part of this magical industry in some way. Despite being naturally shy, I found that my curiosity and passion for uncovering stories always outweighed any fears I had about stepping in front of a camera or asking questions.
My professional path took shape as I started working with local media outlets, where I gained experience in writing, editing, and content creation. These roles were both challenging and rewarding, providing me with invaluable lessons about the power of communication and the impact of genuine storytelling. Over time, I began to specialize in entertainment and music journalism, realizing that there was a special kind of magic in connecting audiences to the creative journeys of artists.
Today, I’m proud to serve as the Host and Editor-in-Chief of The Experience, where I not only share stories but celebrate the immense talent within the Latin entertainment industry. My podcast, Just For The Record, has allowed me to connect with incredible artists and share meaningful conversations with the world. It’s a dream come true, and every interview, every episode is a reminder of how far I’ve come and how much more I want to contribute to this industry I love so deeply.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, and I truly believe there’s beauty in every twist and turn. Like many, I took different paths before I found my true calling in entertainment journalism. Each role and experience, even those that didn’t seem like the perfect fit, played a part in preparing me for the work I do today. When I look back, I feel immense pride for the person I was—especially the girl who never gave up, even when things felt uncertain.
The journey wasn’t without its challenges. Understanding my passion took time, and I often found myself comparing my progress to that of others, which can be so disheartening. But over time, I learned that everyone’s path is unique, and I had to trust that mine would lead me exactly where I needed to be. Every struggle has taught me resilience and patience and has made me a more compassionate person and professional.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
My work revolves around amplifying the stories, projects, and voices of artists, with a special focus on highlighting Latin talent within the entertainment industry. I specialize in entertainment journalism as both a host and an Editor-in-Chief for “The Experience,” a digital media platform. Here, I created and launched the podcast Just For The Record, where I bring insightful, in-depth conversations with leading figures in Latin music, like Mike Bahía, María Becerra, and Jay Wheeler, among others.
With a background in journalism from the University of Palermo in Argentina and experience in various media, I’ve developed a multifaceted skill set that includes writing, digital content creation, and marketing strategy. I had the privilege of working with Chicas Guapas TV from 2019 to 2023 as a digital editor, which broadened my understanding of media and storytelling across multiple platforms.
One of my proudest accomplishments has been my growth as a bilingual host and storyteller, engaging audiences in both English and Spanish. Covering iconic events like Premio Lo Nuestro for Vix and Univision, Latin Billboard Music Week, and Uforia Mix Live has allowed me to be a bridge between artists and their fans, bringing their stories to life in meaningful ways. What sets me apart is my commitment to presenting stories that don’t just inform but also inspire, tapping into the transformative power of storytelling.
At the core of my mission is the belief that stories have the power to connect, inspire, and reshape perspectives. By elevating these stories, especially from underrepresented voices in Latin entertainment, I hope to create a lasting impact that celebrates the richness and diversity of our culture.
What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is feeling genuinely fulfilled and proud of my journey and achievements. Knowing that my work resonates and makes a difference is incredibly rewarding, but above all, I cherish the love and support of my family and close friends. They’re my rock, my motivation, and their encouragement drives me to keep growing and pushing boundaries.
Another thing that truly matters to me is using my voice and platform to uplift others. Telling stories that inspire, connect, and amplify voices, especially within the Latin community, brings me purpose. It’s incredibly meaningful to know that through my work, I’m not only creating something valuable for myself but also making an impact that my family and I can both be proud of.
