But Johanna is more than an athlete,she is also the author of Perriuska, a manifesto of empowerment that encourages women to break free from old patterns and transform their lives with courage and style.
She is the founder of Winterina World, a luxury fashion and lifestyle brand inspired by the discipline of skating and the beauty of feminine strength. Inside it lives The Winterinas, a global movement for women who dare to dream, believe, and transform their vision into unstoppable legacies.
Fluent in four languages, a wife, and a proud mother, Johanna embodies the modern Latina who navigates the world with grace and determination. Her life is both aspirational and deeply human. Living the Miami dolce vita while never forgetting the girl who once laced up her skates with nothing but faith.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has not been smooth, yet every obstacle shaped the woman I am today.I’ve faced loss, reinvention and moments of starting from zero in new places. Yet every challenge became fue, teaching me resilience, faith and the courage to keep building my dreams. Those struggles shaped the woman, the brands and the message I now share.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a latina ( adult figure skater) who grew up up in Honduras , where there were no ice rinks, yet I found a way to create my own path on the ice. Today I compete in this sport and I combine that same resilience and creativity through fashion and storytelling. I’m the founder of Winterina and author of Perriuska . Speaking four languages has allowed me to share my vision globally and I have turn my obstacles into art and inspiring other women to don the same.

what often surprise people is that I became a figure skater even though I was born and raised in Honduras, a country with no ice rinks. Against all odds, I turned my childhood dream into reality and from that dream I also created Winterina. My Brand was born while I was in NYC training hard to become a figuren skating. I was in the perfect city for fashion & figure skating.
