Hi Jay, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
After trading my 20-year corporate career for a new life in Miami, something unexpected happened. For seven straight nights, I woke at exactly 4:44 AM with an overwhelming urge to paint. This repeated number, which I learned was considered an “Angel Number,” felt like divine guidance steering me toward my true purpose. I couldn’t ignore the signs.
I followed this calling, investing in art supplies and finding myself drawn to materials with sacred significance. Each piece I created seemed to channel something greater than myself, incorporating elements that sparked spiritual reflection in viewers. What began as mysterious midnight awakenings has evolved into a profound artistic journey, leading to art sales throughout the U.S. and Europe. Looking back, those consistent 4:44 wake-up calls weren’t just coincidence – they were the beginning of a complete transformation from corporate life to spiritual artistry.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
After my abrupt layoff from what I thought was a secure three-year corporate position, embarking on this artistic path proved far more challenging than I’d anticipated. Despite the clear spiritual signs guiding me toward art, the practical side of breaking into the industry felt like hitting wall after wall. I approached countless galleries, crafting heartfelt pitches about my spiritually-inspired work, only to face polite rejections or, more often, silence.
Those early days tested my faith in the divine guidance I’d felt so strongly. I questioned whether those 4:44 wake-up calls had led me down the wrong path. But just as my spirit was beginning to waver, the universe seemed to intervene once again. Through an unexpected connection, I found a brand manager who truly understood both the spiritual essence of my work and how to connect it with the right audience. Their expertise opened doors I hadn’t even known existed, validating my journey and transforming those initial struggles into stepping stones toward something greater. Looking back, even the rejections served their purpose, leading me to exactly where I needed to be.

At my core, I’m an artist who sees beyond the surface, channeling divine inspiration into pieces that speak directly to the soul.
