Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Rochelle.
Hi Tiffany, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My name is Tiffany Rochelle. I’m a Heart matters, Life and Goal Coach as well as the author of book I choose Me. This journey came about because I was a teenage mother of three and a wife. I got married at 15, had our first son at 16. Before I was 22, I was already divorced. I missed my teenage years as I had to skip those years due to my responsibility as a Wife and Mother. During that time, I never really developed who I was. I never got to know me. I became who the church and others around me thought I need to be—their version of a wife and mother. Once I realized how broken I was. I did the work to make some changes. And found Tiffany! I chose to empower other women to find themselves and appreciate You! Why be someone else When you can bYou!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Things haven’t always been smooth. I was divorced and a young single mother of three. I worked two jobs, taking the Irish twins and my baby boy to school and after-school sports. Somedays wondering who would win. Life or me? I had to choose to enjoy my twenties like I saw some of my friends do? Or be responsible And take care of my three? After all, it was just me and my three. I had to tough through it. My kids needed me; Their lives depended on what I was able to do for them. If I didn’t push, though, how would they survive? Who would feed them? Most days, I’d have enough energy to feed them, do homework, and go right to bed.

I am now a Heart Matters, Life and Goal Coach. I walk you through the journey of ridding the things that you carry in your heart. As life flows through your heart. I also help women set goals they want; not what others deem appropriate for them. I’m that hand in your back, that cheerleader that’s going to push you to work hard for YOU. So you can love you and appreciate you. I’m the people’s cheerleader. You can always find me encouraging someone to do better for them.
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
It is being happy. I have always made sure my life was pleasing to others. I quickly found out that I can’t always please people. I can, however, make me happy. As long as I’m happy, the people around me benefit from me being happy and whole. Once I found out what I liked, those around me were much happier. Which in turn helps me to better help my clients and those around me.
