Hi there! I’ve been doing hair for over 10 years. My mom was a hairstylist and I naturally fell into the world of beauty. But my target was different, I wanted to specialize in every texture and master different styles and techniques. I consider myself a well-rounded stylist that’s passionate in hair care and gorgeous flowing hair! I’ve gone beyond my expectations, such and print work, fashion shows, music video, reality shows and live TV performances. I truly thank God for how far He brought me.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been a smooth road at all! But I tell people to believe in themselves, not give up, and educate yourself (even if you have to pay for master classes, always educate yourself!)

I’m a master hairstylist that also dabs in makeup! I specialize in color, extensions, custom wigs and updos. I most proud of specializing in all hair textures when it comes to styling.
There’s a wealth of academic research that suggests that lack of mentors and networking opportunities for women has materially affected the number of women in leadership roles. Smart organizations and industry leaders are working to change this, but in the meantime, do you have any advice for finding a mentor and building a network?
Networking is a must, especially as an entrepreneur, because that’s how you grow and expand as a brand and business.
