Zoë, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
Definitely integrity!!

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m a guide, a teacher who helps others return home to themselves through yoga, movement, and energy work. My approach is intuitive and integrative, blending the spiritual and scientific aspects of the body to support deep connection and transformation. I lead with authenticity, compassion, and grounded energy in all that I do

The people pleaser
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
More than I can count. Over the years I learned that those times where giving up feels like the only thing left to do are times to be cherished as it’s a sure sign that the universe is shifting things in your favor.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Whom do you admire for their character, not their power?
My daughters. For they do not even know their power yet they empower me every single day.
