wesley paul shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
wesley , really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: Are you walking a path—or wandering?
I am walking a path of building a legacy for myself and my family. I want to be able to become the first millionaire within our family and build generational wealth for my family as well also
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Wesley Paul — but most people know me as the Blueprint Mastermind. I’m a serial entrepreneur, Founder & CEO of Uptrend Credit and Uptrend Business, Host of Respect My Blueprint Podcast, and the visionary behind The Blueprint Movement — a financial revolution built to teach people how to fix, build, and leverage credit to fund their dreams.
My story’s not your typical success tale — I built my empire from the ground up after losing everything, and I made it my mission to create the blueprint for financial freedom that anyone can follow, no matter where they’re starting from.
What makes my brand unique is that we don’t just talk about credit or entrepreneurship — we live it. Uptrend Credit helps people repair and rebuild their credit with focus on credit literacy. Uptrend Business helps entrepreneurs access funding and build business credit the right way. And the Blueprint Movement is where we bring it all together — community, culture, and capital — to help people change their money story once and for all.
Right now, I’m focused on scaling the Blueprint Movement into a global platform that merges fintech, education, and empowerment. It’s bigger than credit — it’s about legacy. We’re building the next generation of wealth-builders, one blueprint at a time.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who taught you the most about work?
My mother..she is my hero and someone who i looked up too as she worked multiple jobs as a single parent to raise me and my sister and brother.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
The fear of NOT MAKING IT. I can deal with failure because i just get back up and keep going again. But the fear of not being able to make is what scares me.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
That im a hustler. I am always grinding and looking how to be able to make the most out of life
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
procrastinating. I would go on overdrive on my dreams and goals
