We’re looking forward to introducing you to Sarah Zabel . Check out our conversation below.
Sarah , it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day for me is to mediate usually two cases. After that, I go to the gym. Late evening I walk my dogs.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My brand is MAZE Resolutions is a dispute resolution practice. We our unique because we are made up of all female neutrals. I’m working on expanding my business with more neutrals.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who taught you the most about work?
My parents were always working. They taught me work ethic. Both my father and mother always worked while I grew up. If they were not working they were involved in various community activities. The most important lesson I learned was to put yourself completely into everything.
When you were sad or scared as a child, what helped?
My parents love gave me the security to know no matter what difficulty I was going through that it would be okay. It was important to them that I had faith and not be sad or scared.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
What matters most to me is how we treat each other. Kindness and compassion towards one another is what friends would mostly say about me.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
Hopefully, my ability to settle disputes.
