Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Robin Lipnack of Palm Beach County

We recently had the chance to connect with Robin Lipnack and have shared our conversation below.

Robin, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
I am doing outdoor yoga classes. I am blessed to live in South Florida and its a small class by an outdoor pool, looking at the evening sky in 70 degree weather. Keeping up with mind, body, spirit is important( gym too and meditation)

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I have a fractional business development company. We work in the verticals of Real Estate, Financial Services, Professional Sports, NIL( college athletes), Legal, Financing, Technology, Healthcare and more. We source, help build, meet with, and follow -up on key relationships. We are very well-connected in many industries.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who taught you the most about work?
I am blessed to have wonderful parents who taught me the meaning of integrity, hard work, and the gift of being supportive.

What fear has held you back the most in your life?
I think, like most people, the fear of not being good enough. I have developed confidence very gradually. Learning to love the good and bad in yourself is important. Take the time to get know your strengths and weaknesses and know that they are all OK.. Learning how to tune out the noise, comparing oneself to others, and social media, all helped. Its definitely a work in progress.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
I have MANY acquaintances and a handful of close friends. They know what really matters to me is integrity, being thoughtful, reaching out and checking on people, and following thru on what you say you will do. If you can’t do something you promised, let the person know. I value communication via a conversation on the phone, or in person, not endless texting.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when hanging out with family and friends, when Im at the gym with my music on, taking a yoga class or watching the Hallmark Channel.
