As Larry Witt Jr., when reflecting on what part of me has served its purpose and must now be released, I recognize the need to let go of the relentless drive for control and the belief that my worth is defined by constant hustle and perfection. This mindset may have once propelled my career in event design and production—helping me organize and deliver flawless experiences—but now it limits my creativity, joy, and authentic connection with others.
Releasing this part means embracing trust in myself and in the unfolding of life, allowing space for rest, vulnerability, and genuine self-expression. It is about stepping away from the need to prove my value through overwork and control, and instead, opening to new possibilities that align with my evolving vision as a creative leader and entrepreneur.
This release is an act of self-love and growth, enabling me to embody my true potential more fully. It allows me to nurture deeper relationships, foster creativity, and inspire others through my work with ELEVATE: The Visionary Event Lab.
