Christina, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
In the first 90 minutes of a weekday, I’m getting the kids ready for school, packing lunches, making breakfasts, making coffee and somewhere there’s a walk in there too for my own sanity.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Christina Sacco Shea, I’ve been in the Recruiting industry for 20 years. In 2025, we’re celebrating Year 5 of my own Recruitment business, Aligned Solutions. I started Aligned to break the traditional mold of the agency world. We’re focused on providing a wonderful, non micro managing internal culture while providing a top quality service of excellence to our candidates and clients. We fill Manager level and above corporate roles for Fortune 500, Private Equity backed clients, and more.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
My relationship with my husband shows me how I really see myself. I am fully unapologetically myself with him. He’s never tried to quiet my bold loud personality. He is my biggest fan in every way possible.
What have been the defining wounds of your life—and how have you healed them?
My youngest child had meningitis at 18 days old. It’s a moment of time that broke me. I had to dig deep into the spiritual side and my mental health to recover from that time. I did a lot of meditation, walking, yoga, and reading to bounce back to who I am today. It also made me realize how precious life is and to really seize the day.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Whose ideas do you rely on most that aren’t your own?
Professionally, I rely on my team for their ideas. Everyone on the team has a unique background and we can all learn so much from each other. I love collaborating and growing in open conversation with my team.

I feel at most peace on the quiet nights at home with my family. When we’re curled up on the couch watching a movie or playing in the pool. Just being together brings me the most peace.
