Jadyn Henderson shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Good morning Jadyn, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
What I’m most proud of building that nobody really sees is my book — The Young Entrepreneur’s Playbook to Build a Multimillion Dollar Real Estate Empire.
I’ve been working on it for the past year, putting my entire journey into words — the challenges, the lessons, and the strategies that helped me build in my 20s. It hasn’t been easy. It’s taken late nights, a lot of discipline, and plenty of reflection, but it’s the kind of foundation work most people never get to see.
Everyone sees the homes we sell and the business I’m growing, but this book represents something deeper: a roadmap for others who want to create their own success story.
I can’t wait to share it with the world when it officially releases in 2026.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Jadyn Henderson, and I’m a Realtor®, entrepreneur, educator, and the driving force behind Lifestyle Design Homes and The Real Estate Archives. What makes my journey unique is that I started building my career in real estate while still in college, and by my early 20s I was already a VP of a multimillion-dollar residential construction company.
With Lifestyle Design Homes, our mission is to create dream homes that are both attainable and personalized — buyers get to select their finishes and truly make the home their own, while still moving in quickly. Alongside that, I launched The Real Estate Archives, a resource platform that has already helped hundreds of aspiring Realtors® pass their licensing exams on the first try.
Beyond building homes and businesses, I strive to create an impact on everyone I meet. I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned, and I teach classes on real estate and social media to help agents and entrepreneurs build their brands, grow their businesses, and reach their full potential.
Right now, I’m also working on my first book, The Young Entrepreneur’s Playbook to Build a Multimillion Dollar Real Estate Empire, which will release in 2026. It’s a blueprint of my journey so far and a resource for others who want to create success at a young age.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child, I believed that entrepreneurship wasn’t for me — that I’d do better being told what to do rather than leading or running something myself. I thought my strengths lay in following directions, not in making the big decisions or taking on the responsibility of being the boss.
But looking back, I realize that entrepreneurship was always in me, even when I didn’t recognize it. The drive, the ambition, the desire to create something from nothing — it was there all along. I just didn’t know it yet. Over time, I learned that my natural inclination to take initiative, solve problems, and build something meaningful wasn’t just a skill — it was my path.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
If I could say one kind thing to my younger self, it would be: it’s okay to be different. You don’t have to fit in or try to be like everyone else — that uniqueness is your power. Embrace it, trust it, and don’t apologize for who you are. The things that make you stand out now are the very things that will carry you forward and set you apart in life and in business.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I’m committed to having a lasting impact — building something bigger than myself that continues to inspire and help others long after I’m gone. Whether it’s through my real estate projects, mentoring people, or my upcoming book, I’m in it for the long game. I want to be a mogul, someone who leaves a mark on the industry and the people I touch, no matter how long it takes.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I think there’s a common misconception that I’m just following in my father’s footsteps. The truth is, I’m doing what I was born to do, not what I was told to do. My father is a successful entrepreneur and has been grooming me for this position since the day I was born, but he’s never told me what to do or forced me down a path. Instead, he’s given me the tools, guidance, and mindset to succeed on my own terms. This is my calling — something that has always been in me — and his mentorship simply helped me unlock it.
