Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Having graduated interventional cardiology training in July of 2022, Dr Chainani spent two years finding his footing in the medical community of Miami until finally coming upon the opportunity to establish his own practice: MVM HEART, VEIN AND VASCULAR CENTERS. While it is uncommon for a physician to establish his own practice so soon after graduation, Dr. Chainani wanted to chart his own path and deliver specialized healthcare to the community in the way he envisioned rather than according to mechanisms in place by large hospital systems. In doing so, he intends to improve the care provided to patients by leading with empathy and personalized attention.
In treating both cardiac and vascular diseases, Dr. chainani is grateful to address some of the most complex and challenging disease processes in medicine while healing patients and improving their quality of life. He is deeply versed in the treatment of complex heart blockages, vein problems, and arterial blockages throughout the body. With an unshakable commitment to his patients and the community at large, Dr Chainani hopes to improve the care provided to the community.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has been a challenging but rewarding path to this point, and I do not expect that it should change soon. We are still growing and, for any business in its inception, difficulty is part of the process. There are multiple challenges in the responsible delivery of healthcare. Whether it’s the insurance companies or hospitals, there are a variety of interests trying to ensure the failure of private practices. Nonetheless, for an individual resilient enough, all of this is just part of the process. My colleagues and I persevere and provide excellent care despite the countless roadblocks in our respective paths.
