I am the founder of digital marketing agency Max Marketing Firm and co-founder of the AI and automation-powered platform MaxHub.AI.
My story starts in Ukraine, where I grew up before making the move to the United States at 20 — chasing opportunity with more drive than I had a plan. That drive led me somewhere remarkable: a career in luxury fashion, working with iconic houses like Dior and Prada. I earned my Master’s in Digital Marketing from FIU, and over the years developed a deep understanding of how the world’s most powerful brands think, communicate, and scale.
From the outside, it looked like everything. But there was a quiet voice that kept asking: whose dream are you building?
When my son Max was born, that question got louder. I didn’t want to just have a career — I wanted to build something meaningful, something mine, something that allowed me to be truly present for my family while still making a real impact. So I made the leap. I resigned, and launched Max Marketing Firm — named after the little boy who gave me the courage to bet on myself.
The agency gave me everything I was looking for: freedom, flexibility, and the deep satisfaction of watching businesses grow. I stopped calling my clients clients — they’re partners. Because when I take on a business, I’m invested in their success the way they are. Nobody tells you how lonely the early days of entrepreneurship can feel. Or how many times you’ll second-guess a decision that, in hindsight, was exactly right. Building Max Marketing Firm and MaxHub.AI has been the most rewarding and the most challenging thing I have ever done — sometimes within the same afternoon.
There were moments the growth felt too slow, moments the vision felt too big, and moments I had to dig deeper than I knew I could. But I never lost sight of why I started. And that why — my family, my partners, the freedom to build something with real impact — carried me through every one of those moments.
I share this not to be dramatic, but because I think too many people see the highlight reel and believe the road was smooth. It wasn’t. It’s just that the destination is so worth it that the hard parts stop feeling like obstacles and start feeling like the story.
