Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Fenstersheib.
Hi Stephanie, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I have always been a lawyer at heart, because my dad, Robert J. Fenstersheib started our personal injury law firm in 1985 and he and I always talked about the cases he was handling for as long as I can remember. Then in September of 2020 he tragically passed away along with our brother Michael. From that moment on, everything changed for my brother David and I. We took over Fenstersheib Law Group and kept our dad’s legacy moving forward. FLG’s mission has always been to protect the legal rights of our clients and helping them fight to get the justice and compensation they and their families deserve. Now, after 5 years since our dad’s passing the law firm is going strong. David and I are sure that our dad would be very proud of what we have accomplished in his name.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
In life there is seldom a smooth road with out some bumps in the way. The biggest struggle was after our dad pass. Having to take over a law firm is no easy task but I, along with my brother David, got over the bumps and are on a smooth road. We take great pride in helping our personal injury clients along with caring for FLG’s staff, they are all like family to us.
We’ve been impressed with Fenstersheib Law Group, P.A. , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Fenstersheib Law Group is a personal injury law firm that was established in 1985. Personal injury is our specialty, protecting the legal rights of our clients in order to get them fair compensation due to the negligence of others. We are known for our brand “TellRobert” which was rebranded to TellFLG in 2025 but the firm’s core mission has never changed. What sets FLG apart is family, we are family owned and treat all our clients and staff like family. We are most proud of our reputation and the personal service we offer our clients who can call us directly 24/7, because we care.

Our success is defined by the success of our firm’s ability to protect the best interests of our clients.
