Inspiring Conversations with Sara Davila of Suite Life Studio and Suite Life Salon Suites

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sara Davila.

Hi Sara, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey into entrepreneurship has been driven by creativity and a desire to build spaces that bring people together. For several years I owned and operated a UPS Store in Boca Raton, which gave me a strong foundation in business and serving my community.

At the same time, I always had a passion for branding, beauty, and creating experiences. As I became more involved in the creative and beauty industries, I noticed a need in South Florida for elevated spaces where creators and beauty professionals could bring their ideas to life.

That vision led me to create Suite Life Studio in Lighthouse Point — a modern content and event space for photoshoots, brand activations, workshops, and intimate gatherings. I’m building the project alongside my fiancé, Tyler, who helps lead the construction and development side as we continue expanding the vision.

Together we are also developing Suite Life Salon Suites, a luxury salon suite concept next door for independent beauty and wellness professionals.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. Like many entrepreneurs, a big challenge has been learning to navigate uncertainty while building something from the ground up. When you’re creating a new concept, there isn’t always a clear path — you have to trust your vision and adapt as you go.

Another challenge has been balancing multiple responsibilities at once. While developing Suite Life Studio and working on the upcoming Suite Life Salon Suites, I was also running another business and managing everyday operations. It required a lot of discipline, long hours, and learning how to prioritize what truly moves the vision forward.

There have also been the typical hurdles that come with building physical spaces — construction timelines, permits, and unexpected delays. But each obstacle has taught me patience, problem-solving, and the importance of surrounding yourself with supportive people.

Looking back, those challenges have actually strengthened my confidence as a founder. They’ve reminded me that building something meaningful takes time, persistence, and the willingness to keep moving forward even when things don’t go exactly as planned.

We’ve been impressed with Suite Life Studio and Suite Life Salon Suites, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Suite Life Studio is a modern content and event space located in Lighthouse Point designed for creators, brands, and beauty professionals. The studio was created to provide an elevated environment where people can bring their ideas to life — whether that’s a photoshoot, brand activation, workshop, or intimate event.

My goal with the space is to support entrepreneurs and creatives by giving them access to a beautiful, thoughtfully designed setting that makes it easier to produce high-quality content and memorable experiences.

Alongside the studio, we’re also developing Suite Life Salon Suites next door, a luxury salon suite concept that will provide independent beauty and wellness professionals with their own private studios while still being part of a supportive community.

Together, these spaces are designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and entrepreneurship within the South Florida beauty and creative industries.

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I believe entrepreneurship always involves risk, but I try to approach it in a thoughtful and calculated way. One of the biggest risks I’ve taken was stepping into a completely new venture by creating Suite Life Studio, a space designed for creators, brands, and beauty professionals to host content shoots and events.

Building something from the ground up always comes with uncertainty, especially when developing a physical space and a new concept. But I’ve learned that growth often happens when you’re willing to trust your vision and take that leap.

For me, risk-taking is really about believing in what you’re building while staying adaptable and open to learning along the way.
