Today we’d like to introduce you to Patricia Delinois.
Hi Patricia, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Born in Montreal, Canada, I was raised in a multilingual and multicultural environment that shaped the way I see the world. I learned French naturally by listening to my family speak around me every day. I never attended a French school, but language became part of my identity through connection, observation, and immersion. Later, as a teenager growing up in Panama, Central America, I found myself in another culture where Spanish surrounded me. Again, I never went to a Spanish school. I simply understood that if I wanted to build relationships, communicate, and truly belong, I had to learn the language. So I did. That experience taught me something that would later define both my business and my life: meaningful connection begins with the willingness to understand people where they are.
Today, I continue to build my life and career around that principle.
As the founder of Premier Elite Realty, I have spent decades building relationships across industries, cultures, and borders. In Miami, influence is not something given lightly. It is earned through consistency, trust, and results. Long before social media made visibility accessible to everyone, I understood that true influence is built one relationship at a time. The network I have today, spanning tens of thousands of direct relationships and millions through digital platforms, was never built transactionally. It was built through loyalty, follow-through, and long-term trust.
When I entered real estate, Miami was still evolving into the global city it is today. Because of my multicultural background and international perspective, I recognized early that Miami was not simply growing locally — it was becoming an international hub for business, investment, and luxury living. That understanding became the foundation for Premier Elite Realty. I wanted to create a brokerage that could serve a globally connected clientele with sophistication, discretion, and cultural fluency.
Over the years, both the company and my work have been recognized within one of the most competitive luxury real estate markets in the world. Premier Elite Realty was voted Miami’s favorite luxury real estate company by the community two years in a row, and I was also honored as Miami’s favorite broker. Those recognitions mean a great deal to me because they reflect something more meaningful than transactions — they reflect trust, relationships, and the confidence people place in us during some of the most important decisions of their lives.
But for me, success has never been only about business. Success carries responsibility.
As my platform grew, so did my awareness of the global crisis of human trafficking. Once I truly understood the scale of the issue, I knew remaining silent was not an option. Advocacy became deeply personal to me because I believe influence should always serve a greater purpose.
That mission led me into storytelling and film production. Collaborating with award-winning director George Monteiro, I helped develop the Sisters of Vengeance franchise, a project created to raise awareness about human trafficking through powerful storytelling. The project has received more than thirty-five official selections, awards, and nominations across international film festivals and was honored as an official selection at the Cannes World Film Festival. The franchise is now expanding into a feature film, micro-drama series, and comic book universe.
Most recently, attending the 79th Annual Cannes Film Festival represented more than a professional milestone for me. It symbolized the expansion of purpose onto a global stage. I believe storytelling creates connection, and connection creates awareness. That is where real change begins.
My advocacy work has also been recognized through an honorary doctorate for humanitarian advocacy, an honor I receive not as a destination, but as a reminder of responsibility. I see every platform, every business opportunity, and every public appearance as an opportunity to direct attention toward something meaningful and impactful.
Beyond business and advocacy, there are a few constants that continue to ground me: the ocean, art, and travel. The ocean gives me clarity and peace. Painting allows me to express emotions beyond words. Travel deepens my understanding of people and cultures, something that has influenced every part of my journey since childhood. These are not simply hobbies for me. They are essential to maintaining balance, perspective, and creativity in a life built at the intersection of business, influence, and purpose.
At the core of everything I do is one belief: real influence is not about being seen. It is about what you choose to do with the attention once you have it.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I entered the world of real estate at just eighteen years old during one of the most turbulent periods in Miami’s history. Interest rates had climbed as high as 18 percent, the market was unstable, and the city itself was still carrying the scars of the infamous Cocaine Cowboys era. Miami was far from the glamorous international destination people recognize today. It was raw, unpredictable, and in many ways still fighting to redefine itself.
I had no mentor guiding me, no blueprint for success, and no safety net waiting beneath me. What I did have was determination, resilience, and a belief that if I worked hard enough, I could build something meaningful for myself and for others.
The beginning was anything but glamorous.
I still remember my very first listing. The owner turned out to be a drug lord who handed me a beeper and disappeared without explanation. That was the reality of Miami real estate at the time — chaotic, uncertain, and often intimidating. There were moments when I questioned everything, but quitting was never an option.
To sell my first property, I held more than 200 open houses. Two hundred. Most people only see the finished success story, but they never see the years of sacrifice, rejection, exhaustion, and persistence it took to get there. I learned quickly that success in real estate is not built overnight. It is built in the quiet moments when no one is watching — when you keep showing up after disappointment, after setbacks, and after losses.
And there were losses.
Miami went through dramatic real estate cycles over the years, and so did I. I made a lot of money, and I lost a lot of money. There were incredible highs and painful lows. But through every market crash, every difficult lesson, and every reinvention, I came to understand one truth that changed my perspective forever: no one can ever take away the knowledge and experience you earn.
Those experiences became my greatest education.
They taught me resilience when things fell apart. They taught me discipline when nothing came easy. Most importantly, they taught me humility and the true value of hard work. Every challenge shaped the leader, entrepreneur, and mentor I would eventually become.
Because I never had someone guiding me through those early years, I developed a deep passion for mentoring new agents entering the industry today. I understand what it feels like to start with nothing but ambition and uncertainty. I know how powerful encouragement and guidance can be when someone is trying to find their footing.
Today, Premier Elite Realty has grown to four offices in prime Miami locations, including our flagship office in the heart of the financial district on Brickell Avenue. We were honored to be voted Miami’s Favorite Real Estate Company two years in a row — not because we were the biggest, but because of our commitment to people, community involvement, and giving back.
What means the most to me after all these years is not the awards or accolades. It is the relationships. Many of our clients have become lifelong friends. That human connection, built through trust and shared experiences, is something far more valuable than any transaction or sales record.
Looking back, I realize my journey was never simply about selling real estate. It was about surviving, evolving, and building something lasting in a city that was constantly reinventing itself — just as I was reinventing myself along the way.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Premier Elite Realty?

Q: You have become a recognized name in Miami real estate and entrepreneurship. But your journey started long before that. Tell us about your background.
I was born in Montreal, Canada, and raised in a very multicultural environment. I learned French naturally by listening to family conversations around me — I never went to a French-speaking school. Later, as a teenager growing up in Panama, Central America, I learned Spanish simply because I wanted to connect with people and build friendships.
Looking back, I realize those experiences shaped my entire life.
“I learned very young that language creates connection. I never learned languages in a classroom — I learned them through people, relationships, and the desire to communicate.”
That ability to connect across cultures became one of the biggest advantages in both my personal life and my business career.
⸻
Q: You entered real estate during one of Miami’s most difficult eras. What was that experience like?
Very difficult. I entered the real estate business at just eighteen years old during one of the toughest periods in Miami’s history. Interest rates were between 13 and 18 percent, and the city was still recovering from the infamous Cocaine Cowboys era.
There were no mentors guiding me. No blueprint. No shortcuts.
“The beginning was anything but glamorous.”
I still remember my very first listing. The property belonged to a drug lord who handed me a beeper and disappeared. That was Miami at the time — chaotic, unpredictable, and intimidating.
To sell my first property, I held more than 200 open houses.
People often see the success later, but they don’t see the years of rejection, sacrifice, fear, exhaustion, and persistence that happen first.
Miami’s real estate cycles mirrored my own journey. I made money, I lost money, and I rebuilt myself more than once.
“One thing nobody can ever take away from you is the knowledge and experience you earn.”
Those experiences taught me resilience, humility, discipline, and perseverance.

Q: What inspired you to build Premier Elite Realty into the brand it is today?
I wanted to build something based on relationships, trust, and community — not just transactions.
Today we have four offices in prime Miami locations, including our flagship office on Brickell Avenue in the financial district. We were honored to be voted Miami’s Favorite Real Estate Company by the community two years in a row.
What made that recognition meaningful was that it reflected loyalty and trust, not simply sales volume.
“Our clients have become lifelong friends. That means more to me than any sales award ever could.”
We specialize in luxury residential and investment properties, serving high-net-worth individuals, celebrity clients, and international investors from around the world. Over the years, I’ve worked with a network of more than 75,000 investors globally.
But what truly sets us apart is professionalism, discretion, relationships, and consistency.
“Luxury matters, but people never forget how you make them feel.”
⸻
Q: You became known as the “Miami Tech Queen.” How did social media and technology shape your success?
I believed in technology and social media long before most people in real estate understood its power.
I saw early on that digital platforms would completely transform branding, networking, and global communication. Over time, I built a social media audience of more than two million followers across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter.
But for me, social media was never about vanity.
“It was about influence, communication, visibility, and creating global relationships.”
Social media gave me the ability to connect internationally in ways that simply didn’t exist before.
⸻
Q: At some point your career expanded far beyond business and into humanitarian advocacy. What changed for you?
Awareness changed me.
As my platform grew, I became increasingly aware of the global crisis of human trafficking. Once you truly understand the reality of it, you cannot unsee it.
“Doing nothing was never an option for me.”
That realization led me into film production and storytelling.
Together with award-winning filmmaker George Monteiro, we created Sisters of Vengeance, a film franchise focused on raising awareness about human trafficking through powerful storytelling.
The response has been overwhelming and incredibly humbling.
The project has already received more than thirty-five official selections, nominations, and awards internationally and recently created major buzz around the 79th Annual Cannes Film Festival.
At Cannes, Sisters of Vengeance received two major honors: an Official Selection at the Next Step Cannes Film Festival and a Finalist Award at the World Film Festival in Cannes.
I attended alongside Dana Vargova to promote the project. The feature film stars Kevin Sorbo, Patricia Delinois, Everlayn Borges, and Dana Vargova, and is written and directed by George Monteiro.
We are now completing both the feature film and a vertical micro-drama adaptation of Sisters of Vengeance.
“The mission behind the film is simple but powerful — helping stop human trafficking and protecting lives through awareness and action.”
⸻
Q: Behind the success and visibility, what keeps you grounded?
Three things: the ocean, art, and travel.
The ocean gives me clarity and peace. Painting allows me to express emotions beyond words. Travel deepens my understanding of people and cultures.
“These are not hobbies to me. They are part of what keeps me balanced, creative, and emotionally grounded.”
I also believe visibility comes with responsibility.
“Fashion is expression, but it is also strategy. If people are paying attention to you, then you have an opportunity to guide that attention toward something meaningful.”
⸻
Q: You are also a bestselling co-author. How did publishing become part of your journey?
I was invited to contribute to books created to support nonprofit organizations and inspire young entrepreneurs.
That opportunity allowed me to collaborate with incredible individuals including Brian Tracy and Larry King, both in publishing and behind-the-scenes production work.
It reinforced something I strongly believe in:
“Knowledge becomes powerful when you use it to uplift others.”
Mentorship and education are extremely important to me because I know what it feels like to start with no guidance.
⸻
Q: What major projects are next for you?
Expansion with purpose.
Alongside the continued growth of Premier Elite Realty and Sisters of Vengeance, I’m also developing projects in beauty, anti-aging, publishing, branding, and media.
Every project I pursue has the same foundation: empowerment, awareness, and purpose-driven influence.
I want to continue building platforms that inspire people, help people, and create impact beyond business itself.
⸻
Q: What advice would you give to the next generation of entrepreneurs and dreamers?
Never give up.
“No matter what happens in life — never surrender.”
I truly believe persistence eventually wears down resistance. Challenges are temporary. Failure is temporary. But perseverance changes lives.
“Fail boldly. Failure is not the enemy. Surrender is.”
At the end of the day, resilience is the real superpower.
⸻
In a city that never stops reinventing itself, Patricia Delinois has built a legacy rooted not only in success, but in endurance, purpose, and human connection. Her story is proof that influence means very little unless it is used to elevate, inspire, and protect others along the way.
What are your plans for the future?
Q: What major projects are next for you?

Alongside the continued growth of Premier Elite Realty and Sisters of Vengeance franchise- I’m also developing projects in beauty, anti-aging, publishing, branding, and media.
