EDUCATION
Nicole Shelley Greenidge Prattico studied International Relations, Western European Studies and Modern Languages at Florida International University in the 1990s.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude with distinctions and recognition from Phi Beta Kappa, the National Dean’s List, the book of Who’s Who, the Dean’s List and the Honor’s College.
Currently, Mrs. Greenidge Prattico speaks seven languages and is learning language number 8, Turkish. Her inherent affinity for linguistic arts is ode to her British-based academia, high school training in Denmark and additional European tertiary level education in Paris (La Sorbonne), Rome, etc.
EXPERIENCE
After graduating from Florida International University, Mrs. Greenidge Prattico proved to be a didactic and international communication wiz at developing and instructing coursework in English for Speakers of Other Languages at Florida International University, Miami Dade College, The Art Institutes – Miami International University of Art and Design and EF International Language Schools. From business English to Intercultural communication, Reading, Writing, Grammar and Accent Reduction, Mrs. Greenidge Prattico applied her knowledge as a polyglot to train professionals in interpreting language terminology identified as esoteric from their respective language, profession and industry to English.
After years of educational instruction, Mrs. Greenidge Prattico established Nicole Shelley Models which began as an events management company and has since evolved into Nicole Shelley Inc. a two prong umbrella company comprising of a talent management and event management, catering mostly to the luxury market and serving clients in from over ten countries in over ten languages for over 21 years.
As a keen and direct response to her customer’s demands and a desire to serve her clients in a greater capacity, her corporate events division to her umbrella brand was born. She works to further develop her clients’ enterprises beyond the scope of the evolving services of strategic event planning, Talent management and development. She has incorporated a business development arm to assist in the overall growth of their companies understanding that marketing in isolation is not sufficient. Mrs. Greenidge Prattico mandates that companies comprehend the need to be poised from customer service and personnel training to client acquisition and retention. Mrs. Greenidge Prattico understands that her role is to market to her clients’ businesses and more vitally ensure that her clients increase their client base, brand loyalty and revenue.
Mrs. Greenidge Prattico has rendered professional management services to Sandals Hotels, Carib Express and CHMS Hotels under the former Club St. Lucia Resort. She has been an esteemed judge for the Miss Florida Teen and Miss Florida USA pageants. She has hosted professional and corporate events in honor of the Head of the European Union delegation Angelos Pangratis, for award-winning artists such as the five generational Family of Musicians, Jeannette Romeo and Family, drummer to legend Nat King Cole. Nicole Shelley has also organized the Board Installation for Rotary Club of Miami Beach, assisted with the Winter Fest Boat Parade, Miami- Hong Kong Dragon Boat Racing judged the Miss Florida Teen USA, hosted events for Congresswomen Ileana Ros Lehtinen, Lieutenant Governor Jennifer Carroll, Dr. Tony Japour, Commissioner Richard Steinberg, Commissioner Michael Gongora, the Environmental Coalition of Miami Beach, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Environmental Coalition of Miami Beach, Association of Women in Communication, Organization of Women in International Trade and many more. Mrs. Greenidge Prattico has hosted The Governor of The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank, Sir. K. Dwight Venner, St. Lucia’s Ambassador to Washington DC and Permanent Representative of the OAS, His Excellency Dr. Michael Louis, Dr. Arun Garg’s 2010 Implant Seminars Corporate Receptions Series, The FIU Alumni Association and the Frost Art Museum Awards gala and fundraising receptions, Rotary International, Joe Chi, advisor to the Mayor of the City of Miami and President of Miami Overseas Chinese Association and permanent representative to the Consul General of people’s republic of China, The China Latina America Trade Center, FDA specialists, OECS executives, Caribbean Air and Sea Port Official, the Thai Trade Center, Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce officials and Miami Dade officials and many more businesses, organizations, events and public figures. Nicole Shelley Inc. has helped to donate and raise millions of dollars for numerous not for profit projects including projects for Haiti through the Rotary Clubs of Key Biscayne and Brickell. Nicole Shelley Inc. and Sister Company Nicole Shelley Models created and sponsored the Hats and Hearts for Haiti in 2010 and the Premiere 2010 Brickell Food and Wine Event all aimed at assisting the neighboring Rotary Clubs raise money for shelter boxes for Haitian Relief. Mrs. Greenidge Prattico continuously pioneers humanitarian efforts and feeding missions as well as the establishment of affordable housing for the local population of St. Lucia. In 2017, Nicole Shelley founded Whealth and Innovation hosted at Saks Fifth Avenue for two consecutive years. This forum is designated to honor senior executive women who are identified by an independent group of executives pairs as major contributors to the economic growth of Florida. In recent years, Nicole Shelley’s team has also entered the equestrian world by co-curating an esteemed vendors pavilion for the Longines Global Championship Tour.

Mrs. Greenidge Prattico was appointed to the board for the City of Miami’s Arts and Entertainment Council in addition to other boards and committees on which she has sat namely for The Breast Cancer Network of Strength, The Power of the Heel, the Organization of Women in International Trade where she has been the fundraising chair for the past three years. She also sits on the Miami Beach Hospitality Council and the Miami Beach Sustainable Development Council. Recently, Mrs. Greenidge Prattico was invited to sit on the advisory board King Henry’s Estate in Haiti, The Miami Beach Garden Club and was invited to join the US Global Leadership Council and has been nominated as South Florida’s top 100 Caribbean American Influencers, an accolade which holds evident as she has recently become a contributor for several luxury publications including South Florida Luxury Guide and Social Florida Guide. From the environment to hospitality and trade, Nicole Shelley is poised to engage industries, businesses, organizations and projects.

Sourcing, maintaining, motivating and incentivizing a strong core team of employees and talent. Marketing organically and correctly to the correct audience. Building a sustainable business culture. Finding consistently reliable talent. Once we became a more established business with umpteen years of service provided to clients locally, nationally and internationally, we began to attract the right models, employees and clients.

We train aspiring talent or anyone who wants to learn various aspects of modeling from runway walking to posing, beauty techniques and other industry traits, etc.
We produce photoshoots for all kinds of clients, not just models or luxury brands. We can provide a professional “modelesque/fashion” shoot with location, hair, makeup, wardrobe, wardrobe styling and more, included.
