Hi Michelle, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Pandemic time I wanted to create a job or a business to my 2 brothers to come and stay in Miami with me since they were all in NYC lockdown .
The last thing I knew permits took almost 3 years and 1/2 and that was the time that took me to open . A lot of challenges and obstáculos during this process . Now we are open doors .
We serve to the community a fusion of cuisine and meal preps.
Im the medical spa business industry and supplements. The restaurant business was new to me , but I’m enjoying very much .
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
So many struggle and obstacle . From permits , general contractors not showing up , previous violations .
I had to sell my dream house to build this place and pay rent for almost 4 years with doors closed while dealing Witt city and construction .

I’m a business person . I have love for creation and to turn something to a beautiful thing.
I own multiple med spa
I own restaurant
I created my own supplement
I own my own laser laser machine and I built the machine .

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
To never give up .
