Hi Marina, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey into professional organizing began in New York City during the pandemic. I launched my first business, NY Organized, right in the middle of COVID when people were spending more time at home and looking for ways to create functional, clutter-free spaces. It was a challenging time, but the demand for organized, efficient living spaces was high, and I loved helping clients find a sense of calm in their homes.
In 2022, I moved to Florida and started Palm Beach Organized, bringing the same commitment to personalized, luxury home organization to a new community. In early 2025, I’ll be expanding to add a residential cleaning service, providing a seamless experience for clients who want both a beautifully organized and spotless home. Each step along the way has been about adapting to my clients’ needs and helping them feel more at ease and empowered in their spaces.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road! Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve faced my share of challenges, especially in the early days. Launching my first business during the pandemic meant adapting quickly to a new world—finding ways to reach clients remotely, learning about virtual consultations, and managing logistics in a completely different way than I had initially planned. Every step required me to adjust and think creatively about how to bring value to my clients despite the limitations.
On top of that, building a business from the ground up involved a lot of trial and error. From refining my marketing approach to developing streamlined processes, there was a steep learning curve. But in many ways, these challenges became some of my biggest assets. I discovered I genuinely love the problem-solving side of business, and each obstacle was an opportunity to improve and find better ways to serve my clients. So while it wasn’t always easy, I wouldn’t change a thing. Each experience has added to my knowledge and pushed me to grow, and that’s something I’m deeply grateful for.
We’ve been impressed with Palm Beach Organized, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At Palm Beach Organized, we specialize in luxury, professional home organizing services tailored to meet each client’s unique lifestyle and needs. We’re known for our detail-oriented approach, creating custom, beautifully organized spaces that feel like an extension of our clients’ personal style. Every space we transform is designed to offer both function and a sense of calm, so clients feel at ease and inspired in their homes.
In 2025, we’re excited to expand our offerings by adding a premium residential cleaning service. We’ve noticed a real need for high-quality cleaning that goes beyond the standard. So many clients have shared their frustration with services that just do an “okay” job, and we’re committed to delivering more. Our goal is to set the bar high and become the go-to for luxury cleaning, providing a service that truly exceeds expectations.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
My biggest piece of advice for anyone just starting out is to learn from the best. Don’t be afraid to seek out mentors, coaches, or experts in your field. I can’t emphasize enough how valuable it is to invest in guidance from those who’ve already paved the way. It’s also crucial to never give up—entrepreneurship is full of ups and downs, but persistence is key to overcoming challenges and finding success.
Another important lesson I’ve learned is the power of continuous learning. I wish I’d known sooner just how valuable business books and resources can be. There’s so much wisdom out there that can help you avoid common pitfalls and improve your strategy. So, make reading and learning part of your daily routine. Whether it’s coaching, reading, or simply listening to podcasts, never stop growing—because the more you know, the more equipped you’ll be to thrive.
