Hi Marc, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I created Ghost-concierge in 2017, it’s a private concierge service offered to professionals and individuals to improve their daily lives and save time by offering the same services as a concierge found in luxury hotels. With the Covid 19 pandemic, we completely remodeled Ghost-concierge. We’ve become 100% digital and can now be reached by email, sms and WhatsApp.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
As a Frenchman, it hasn’t been easy every day, but I’ve been lucky enough to be surrounded by the right people from the start, both legally and professionally.
