Inspiring Conversations with Lindsey Kaszuba of Lindsey Kaszuba Health

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lindsey Kaszuba.

Hi Lindsey, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
For years, I was obsessed with my weight. Counted every calorie, cut carbs, chased protein, worked out to earn my food, and punished myself for indulging. Then came three pregnancies; I gained and lost 120 lbs across all three.

The moment that woke me up was when I was standing on my scale, postpartum with my first daughter, realizing I was about to pass everything I hated about diet culture down to her. My weight had been controlling my mood, my actions, and how I showed up for myself. And I knew in that moment it had to stop.

So I quit. I quit dieting. I quit letting my weight control me. I quit focusing on burning calories and cutting carbs. And I started listening to what my body actually needed. I leaned into the things that felt good and gave me energy and strength, and slowly let go of the ones that didn’t.

Today, I’m a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in helping busy, high-achieving women lose weight and get their energy back… beyond the scale.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Absolutely not! There have been so many struggles, challenges, and lessons along the way. In the early years of my business, and honestly until pretty recently, I did everything I thought I was supposed to. New offers, big launches, daily content, saying yes to everything… and it didn’t feel great, and it didn’t work the way I expected. When I finally stepped back, I realized I’d been following someone else’s plan instead of staying true to ME. I was doing in my business the exact thing I help women stop doing with their health.

I also noticed that I light up the most when I’m working 1:1 and supporting women deeply. So I shifted my business to be smaller and more intentional. Now I focus on 1:1 mentorship, day-to-day support through my voice note coaching program, Wellness Whispers, and my group community, Health Club Collective. I’ve also been pouring a lot of time into my Substack, Beyond the Scale, and I love the depth I can bring to my community there. That’s when everything really started to shift.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach for women who are exhausted from trying to be healthy. They’ve done the plans, counted the things, and continue to blame themselves when those plans don’t stick. I help them lose weight and get their energy back, but more importantly, we connect the dots to understand the correlation between what they’re doing and how they’re feeling.

Really, I help them stop fighting their bodies and start listening to them. Your body is always giving you feedback through your energy, cravings, sleep, digestion, and so much more. When you learn to read those signals, you can find your healthiest weight and feel like yourself again, without another set of rules.

What sets me apart is that I look beyond the scale, and beyond the one-size-fits-all approach. I pair science and spirituality with simple, practical tools like my Simple Plate Rule and Energy Bank, so it’s grounded and doable, but also interesting and fun. My favorite way to support women now is through my Wellness Whispers program. It’s like having me in your back pocket!

What I’m most proud of is that women come to me feeling like the problem, and they leave knowing they never were, but the approach was. If that sounds like you, come say hi on my Substack, Beyond the Scale, where I share the longer, more honest version of all of this every Friday.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
I was a creative, imaginative kid. My sister and I were always putting on shows and playing dress-up, and I loved makeup, clothes, and putting outfits together (I still do!). We spent a lot of time outside, and I loved exploring. I’ve always been drawn to travel and experiencing new cultures as well. And even back then, I was fascinated by health and wellness and how food affects our bodies. Looking back, all of those pieces were leading me here.
