Mids Market’s journey began in 2020 when Ryan and I (Evelyn Frankel) launched ThriftVintageFashion.com from our garage during the pandemic. What began as an online wholesale platform for vintage clothing quickly grew, resulting in daily pallet deliveries to our home. By the following year, we expanded into a warehouse and opened Thrift The Outlet, a 4,000 sq. ft. thrift store in Hialeah, which saw over 1,000 customers on its opening day. Our success continued with the launch of Vintage Grails, a specialty store for high-end vintage items.
Mids Market is our latest venture, blending our years of experience into a unique, community-focused secondhand shopping experience. We are committed to making sustainable fashion accessible, stylish, and community-driven.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
In some ways, it’s been a smooth road because of the mindset Ryan and I share when it comes to business. We embrace change and aren’t afraid to pivot when things don’t go as planned. In an industry as new as this, we’ve definitely faced some unexpected challenges, but our commitment, creativity, and ambition keep pushing us forward in this movement.

Mids Market, located in Little River, Miami, redefines the traditional thrift store experience with its expansive 12,000 sq. ft. retail-style space. Whether you’re a first-time thrifter or a seasoned shopper, Mids Market offers a variety of items to suit every style and budget. Shoppers can explore curated bins of handpicked, categorized clothing priced at $6, $9, and $12, alongside specialty vintage racks featuring unique pieces priced between $35 and $100.
The space also offers unique experiences, including over 10,000 second-hand vinyl records for sale, a cozy listening lounge, a reworking station for quick clothing alterations, and a natural products section stocked with clean, ingredient-based items.
