Hi Elena, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey in the Interior Design Industry started 20 years ago.
From design sales associate to project manager, Director of Sales to Business owner, supplier, and Hospitality design expert.
I had an exciting and diverse experience working with the best restaurants, and hotels, like Mandarin, Park Hyatt, Ritz, Walt Disney office, and many high-profile private customers, some of them from the Forbes list.
Every time I took a new challenge, new level, new bar, and grew.
Now my new baby is a special project that helps a much bigger amount of people worldwide. It’s a unique Mobile App called “Smart Moving Furniture Helper”. It is developed to prevent delivery issues when bulky items don’t pass small elevators, narrow staircases, and bent hallways.
The studies and facts show, that 95% of online furniture shoppers don’t even realize that these problems may occur. And then both, customers and retailers have to deal with that, wasting time, money, and being frustrated. Therefore, we launched our App not just to solve the problem but to eliminate the roots. It’s like a vitamin that protects you from future problems.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I am quite happy with my journey, however, challenges always arise on the way, and the moment when you least expect it)).
On a big scale, the financial crisis of 2008 and COVID-19 in 2020 changed our minds significantly. So, I also had to adapt to a new reality and new ways of doing business.
On the side of a business, the worst thing is when your contractor doesn’t execute the job and disappears with your money. Not fun, right? However, it taught me to be extremely cautious and consider other risk factors.
And another crucial thing I learned is being mindful in this kind of situations. Taking control of emotions and being instrumental always help to provide the best solutions.

As a result, we create an FF&E proposal and execute the purchase/supply directly from European factories, including logistics, customs clearance, certification, delivery and installation.
