Today we’d like to introduce you to Eddie Rodriguez.
Eddie, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Twenty years ago, after a successful 25-year corporate career at BellSouth, I made a pivotal choice: I walked away to build a life centered on lifting others up. Today, that leap of faith has evolved into a global mission of empowerment. As an ordained InterFaith Minister, I have married over 1,000 couples worldwide, with my ceremonies featured on Bravo, MTV, and Lifetime. But my work goes far beyond the altar. As a Life Coach and Wellbiz corporate trainer, I help individuals, couples, and executives break through communication barriers and limiting beliefs. My most rewarding moments are spent leading immersive retreats, guiding people to strip away fear and finally step into a life of clarity, awareness, and purpose.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Walking away after 25 years in the corporate world meant making a massive sacrifice: I left my pension behind. I was just five years shy of walking away with full benefits, but my soul couldn’t wait. I refused to delay my true purpose. The entrepreneurial road hasn’t always been smooth, and without a safety net, I quickly learned the truth in Robert Schuller’s words: “If it’s going to be, it’s up to me.” There have been incredibly lean times, but unwavering faith, relentless hard work, and pure perseverance have allowed me to move forward with my dignity and pride fully intact.
We’ve been impressed with Eddie Rodriguez International, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Building on two decades of helping people step out of fear, I am preparing to launch my signature framework: the LivingLovingWell method. This methodology stems from a deep conviction that our daily thoughts, choices, and beliefs dictate our reality far more than we care to admit. It is the exact wisdom I bring to the custom wedding ceremonies I curate. To date, I have married couples across 10 countries and throughout the United States, crafting deeply personal experiences centered on timeless wisdom. In fact, during a recent ceremony, pop icon Adele was a guest and personally shared how much she moved by my words, even repeating them back to me afterward, additionally at another wedding Latin Pop Star Maluma shared how much he enjoyed the service. Ultimately, whether through a globally celebrated wedding or my new framework, my singular goal remains helping people live and love well.
What matters most to you? Why?
At the core of everything I do are two non-negotiable principles: awareness and authenticity. True awareness means recognizing our shared humanity, that beneath all our differences, we all crave the exact same things: love, freedom, safety, and security. Authenticity requires the immense bravery to show up fully present as our true selves. When we are courageous enough to live authentically, we naturally begin doing the work that serves the greater good of all.
