Hi Daniel Anderson and Miguel Flores, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
It all began when I helped my brother-in-law, Miguel, land a job alongside me at a cleaning company. After a couple of years, we discovered a niche in cleaning high-end fabrics. We saw significant potential in the luxury area rug and upholstery cleaning market, especially with few competitors.
After extensive research into everything we needed—from a warehouse to the right chemicals—we realized that trying to grow our own business while working for someone else would be challenging and complicated. Shortly after securing our first client, we decided it was best to leave our previous company and start our own venture.
With no established clientele, we focused on building connections with manufacturers, showrooms, and designers to help grow our business. We prioritized these relationships because we found that word of mouth and recommendations were far more effective than the advertisements we had tried, which hadn’t yielded much success.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been the smoothest journey. We’ve faced numerous challenges, from figuring out how to attract clients and secure jobs to managing the finances needed to support two families while running a business. We also experienced growing pains; within a year, we outgrew two of the warehouses we were renting, which put pressure on our budget for overall expansion.
No matter the challenges, we were confident that our determination would help us overcome any obstacles we’ve faced or may encounter in the future.

We are a cleaning company specializing in area rugs, carpets, and upholstery, with a focus on high-end fabrics like silk, wool, and other natural fibers. What sets us apart is the high standard we uphold for every job. From the moment we arrive in clean shoe covers to using drop cloths to protect the floors from our equipment, we pay meticulous attention to our clients’ needs.
What we take the most pride in isn’t just the quality of our work, but the honesty and trustworthiness we’ve established with our clients. We’re grateful to have earned their trust to enter their homes even when they aren’t there, knowing we’ll recognize what needs cleaning and leave their space spotless—without a trace of our presence except for a cleaner home. We handle a variety of fabrics, including draperies, walls, area rugs, and furniture. We serve all of South Florida
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
That’s a great question! Success can mean different things to everyone, but for us, it shares some common themes. It’s not just about our company performing well or reaping financial rewards; it’s about the satisfaction of building something we’re passionate about.
We take pride in helping others grow alongside us and navigating every step of the journey, from the highs to the lows. Being able to say we persevered when many others haven’t—that’s what success truly means to us.
