Inspiring Conversations with Carla Smith of Reesie’s Marvelous Hats

Today we’d like to introduce you to Carla Smith.

Hi Carla, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Reesie’s Marvelous Hats was fashioned by me, Carla Smith a Life Coach, for the inspiration and positive vibe of reassuring people of their potential. I believe my hats are a reflection of self-worth and you can reward yourself with a hat that inspires. From luxurious pieces to elegant classics and eloquent designs.

My hat captures the spirit of life’s many positive moods and not only offers timeless designs but also tells a story.  Uplifting, magnificent, and sensational are some of my hat’s inspiring names, my hats speak your language, an exuberant piece for every day. Providing a path for people to stand out, fueling you to feel good and confident.

For me, the truest expression of Reesie’s Marvelous Hats is to uplift all of us, backing each other up, and our community, to make people feel vested to invest in themselves and, in turn, the community around them. My hats have a history of inspiring and empowering people to be bold, look their very best, and carry themselves with the pride that they deserve.

Because I want you to “Be That in A Hat!”

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about REESIE’S Marvelous Hats?
Hello, my name is Carla Smith “Reesie” is my nickname. I am the owner of “Reesie’s Marvelous Hats.” I am a wife & mother of five and yaya of eight. I am a Certified Life Coach “Aspire To Be With Reesie” in the South Shore area, with the first minority woman-owned hat store in Massachusetts.

With my own adversity & being passionate to help others, I reinvented myself and combined my love of fashion & making people feel good into a hat business that inspires people to smile & “Be That In A Hat!”

Networking and finding a mentor can have a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
I went thru the Eforall Accelerator program.
