Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrada Murea.
Andrada, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I didn’t build this life from comfort. I built it from questions.
I moved to the United States without speaking English fluently, without financial security, and without a safety net. No family here. No clear path. Just a deep inner voice telling me there was more.
Before that, I had already spent years searching. I studied psychology because I was obsessed with understanding the human mind, but honestly, I was trying to understand myself. Why do we think the way we think? Why do we carry shame that isn’t ours? Why do we repeat patterns? Why do we feel disconnected from who we really are?
That curiosity turned into a deeper exploration. I didn’t stop at textbooks. I explored spirituality, metaphysics, meditation, tarot, faith, nervous system work, everything. Not because it was trendy, but because I was hungry for truth. I questioned money. Identity. God. Success. Trauma. Conditioning. I wanted to know what was real and what was inherited.
At the same time, I was rebuilding my life financially from scratch. I experienced pressure. Uncertainty. Moments where I had to choose between fear and growth. That shaped me just as much as any certification did.
Over time, my path became clear: I wasn’t meant to just analyze transformation. I was meant to embody it.
Today, my work blends psychology, physical training, emotional awareness, and spiritual grounding. I help women who feel disconnected, restless, or stuck in roles that don’t fully reflect who they are. Women who sense they are capable of more, but need the structure and courage to step into it.
My journey wasn’t linear. It was messy, experimental, spiritual, logical, disciplined, and at times uncomfortable.
But that’s exactly why I can guide others through theirs.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road, and I’m grateful for that.
When I moved to the U.S., I didn’t have fluency in English, financial stability, or a built-in support system. I had to rebuild my confidence in a completely new environment while figuring out who I was becoming.
There were seasons of financial pressure, juggling work, certifications, side projects, and trying to build something meaningful while still needing to pay rent. There were moments of self-doubt, especially when I questioned whether I was “too spiritual” for the fitness world or “too structured” for the spiritual world. I didn’t fit neatly into one box.
Internally, I also went through deep personal healing. I had to confront inherited beliefs, body image wounds, fear of judgment, and the pressure to succeed. I had to unlearn narratives that weren’t mine. That work wasn’t visible, but it was intense.
There were times I felt alone. Times I wondered if starting over was naive. Times I had to choose discipline over comfort.
But every struggle forced me to become more grounded, more self-aware, and more intentional. It shaped the way I coach today , not from theory, but from lived experience.
So no, it wasn’t smooth. It was stretching. It was refining. And it made me stronger.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My brand is built around one core principle: awareness changes everything.
I specialize in guiding women through deep internal recalibration, helping them recognize the beliefs, narratives, and emotional patterns they’ve inherited, and consciously choose who they want to become instead.
My work blends psychology, structured coaching, body-based practices, and spiritual grounding. I don’t separate mind, body, and spirit — because in real life, they’re not separate. Whether we’re addressing self-talk, identity, financial pressure, body image, or life direction, the work is integrated.
What sets me apart is that I don’t coach from theory. I coach from embodiment. I’ve rebuilt my life from zero in a new country. I’ve navigated identity shifts, financial uncertainty, cultural transitions, and deep personal healing. So when I guide someone through transformation, it’s not abstract — it’s lived.
I’m known for being both direct and compassionate. I won’t let my clients hide behind excuses, but I also create a space where they feel deeply seen. My approach is structured, not chaotic. Intentional, not trendy.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud that everything I build reflects integrity. I’m not chasing aesthetics — I’m building substance. Whether it’s my 1:1 coaching, digital experiences, corporate wellness work, or creative projects like my cookbook, everything ties back to conscious living.
I want readers to know that transformation doesn’t require becoming someone else. It requires remembering who you are — and having the courage to build your life around that truth.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
If I had to choose one quality that has shaped my success, it would be self-awareness.
Not in a surface-level way — but in the willingness to question myself constantly. To ask: Is this belief actually mine? Is this fear real or inherited? Am I acting from alignment or from conditioning?
Self-awareness forced me to take responsibility for my life instead of blaming circumstances. It made me confront uncomfortable truths about my patterns, my ego, my insecurities, and my ambitions. That internal work changed everything.
But awareness alone isn’t enough. It has to be paired with courage.
There were many moments where I knew what I needed to do, move countries, change direction, invest in myself, speak up, and it would have been easier to stay small. Courage is what turns insight into action.
I believe success isn’t built on talent alone. It’s built on the ability to see yourself clearly, and still choose growth.
