Today we’d like to introduce you to Ahmad Wallace
Hi Ahmad, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory
Born & Raised in Liberty City. I am the 2nd oldest of five children. My mom ran in the Olympics prior to having us. My mom was a big inspiration for me to get into sports after seeing her accomplishments. Due to unfortunate events me and my siblings were awarded to the state and grew up in foster care. Being separated from my mom was heartbreaking and growing up in foster care was tough. I was forced to grow up fast and be the father figure to my siblings. Sports was the only thing I had to keep me sane and help me get away from my reality. I stayed in school despite all the distractions around me, got good grades, excelled in sports and earned myself a football scholarship to Louisiana Tech University. Played four years there and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
After I didn’t make it to the next level in football, I was in search of my calling. One thing I did have was a passion for sports and fitness. I always wanted to give back and pour into others, let them know that anything is achievable and they are not a product of their circumstances. With hard work and dedication you can achieve anything you want. As a result, I started my business shortly after graduating in February 2014 with my cousin Robert Jones. I have been on a mission to serve others and help them achieve their fitness goals. Fitness has helped me overcome so much in my life and frankly saved my life. I truly believe that by firsts conquering with your mind, can achieve anything physically. The vision for SupremeFitFam was always to give back and uplift others, with hard work and determination. Additionally, with the grace of God, I was blessed to officially open my gym last year March. I am on a mission to reach as many people as I can. When you come to SupremeFitFam, you are joining a family and making a decision to work hard to change your life.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No it has not been a smooth road. It has actually been a tough but rewarding road. There was plenty of times I was ready to give up but I couldn’t because I had my younger siblings looking up to me, and the vision of success I have for myself. Nothing in life worth having comes easy. I wasn’t in control of the cards dealt, but I am in control how I play my hand in life.

Here at SupremeFitFam I pride myself on hard work & dedication. Anything can be achieved with the right mindset, hard work, & dedication. I am a fitness trainer that specializes in helping you attain your fitness goals. I am known for high energy, hardworking, no excuses, and pushing you pass your limits to achieve your goals. The thing that I feel sets me apart from others is my experience on all fitness levels. It’s one thing to know the information and there is another to actually know how to apply the information you have. Everything I teach you, I can or have performed already. I am mostly proud of the community I have built here at SupremeFitFam and all the lives I have touched. I just would like readers to know that I am very passionate about what I do, this is a lifestyle of mine and I really enjoy helping others accomplish their goals. SupremeFitFam is steady growing and we are adding more fitness services to our portfolio.
What matters most to you?
Knowing that I gave it my all to live a pure life and that I was able to help others on my journey matters most to me. This matters most to me because I came from nothing and I could have easily amounted to nothing. But I fought and scratched my way from the bottom. It would be selfish of me not to extend a helping hand to others in need and show them that anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
