Today we’d like to introduce you to Whitney Goulish
Hi Whitney, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’m Whitney, founder of WG Business Enterprises, LLC yet this wasn’t what I was always doing. I received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University in Michigan, with a dual Major in Entertainment, Sport, and Promotions Management and General Business Management. I left college and headed out to the East Coast where I started my first job working in Minor League Affiliated Baseball. From there my career took off and I moved all over the country working for different sports teams from baseball, to hockey, to college athletics, with some consulting in between and eventually relocated to West Palm Beach, FL.
I moved here to help open up the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, the Spring Training home to the Nationals and Astros. I spent one year as the Director of Ticket Operations and then made the jump back into College Athletics working at Florida Atlantic University. While at Florida Atlantic University I also over saw the ticketing department for the entertainment side of the university from theatre to shows and various events across campus. While all of this was happening, I was working on my Master of Business Administration from the Richard DeVos Graduate School of Management at Northwood.
I spent three additional years working at non-profit in Palm Beach but, knew I needed to move on. While I had some unique and once-in-a-lifetime experiences that I gained from over a decade working in the sports industry across the United States I decided that I needed to do more and that I needed to be somewhere else doing something else that would make a bigger impact that would make me happy and bring me success on my own, thus how WG Business Enterprises LLC was formed.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Even as someone who helps others with their businesses, it is not a smooth road. Owning a business takes grit, determination, and the ability to grind it out even when you feel like giving up. Getting clients is the toughest and most difficult part of the journey. Having to go out and find people that want help isn’t hard, it is getting them to accept the fact and realize they need help and then to make that commit by signing a contract.
As they say, if it were easy everyone would do it.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about WG Business Enterprises, LLC.?

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
At WG Business Enterprises, my team and I specialize in supporting small to medium-sized businesses across various industries, including Sports, Entertainment, Healthcare, Food and Beverage, Logistics, Nonprofits and more.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We support businesses at all stages of development.
Whether you’re just starting out and need help building from the ground up, or you’re an established company looking to refine processes and drive growth, our services are tailored to meet your unique needs. We believe every business has the potential to thrive with the right guidance and support.
I’ve led teams to surpass $2 million in sales in one single season, I’ve successfully and consistently grown sales by 120% in multiple projects, I’ve managed over 40 team members at once,
I have excelled at business operations and strategy. Most of my roles were on a consulting basis to help increase the bottom line, streamline processes, and increase efficiencies. With a focus on increasing sales, reducing expenses, and making operational adjustments I have been able to help turn around several failing business enterprises.
Skilled in Business Intelligence and processes I have a strong business acumen and leverages all available data to fuel the decision-making process.
I once had a bio read the following, “Her expertise also includes Cross-Functional Communication, Organization, Data Analytics, and managing and tracking projects. The Business environment is constantly changing year over year and one important aspect is for businesses to be industry leaders in technology. As technology expands, Whitney has the experience to enhance business operations from a technology perspective. She has helped create, develop, and implement Mobile Apps, new CRM software, as well as additional programs that have grown business bottom lines.”
I truly feel that we can do anything to help a business grow their operations or get it back on track. We can take the time to assest the areas they are lacking or the areas that need a little bit of love and attention. Three key areas of focus that I excel in are achieving great results, empowering others, and leading the team to be their very best.
I discovered that running a successful business isn’t simply about the process and procedures but, teaching others the why and how. It is more than just putting a plan into place but, one you can live in every day.
If you want the job done right we are the company that will make your dreams come to life. I take personal pride and responsibility in each and every project that we take on. I believe in creating life-long working relationships and growing together or solving problems hand-in-hand. I believe that providing the knowledge and information to help you run your business well into the future allows for far greater success than just simply hiring someone to do it for you. However, not every companies wants someone to learn or needs changes made to their operations. Some companies just need an extra hand or two which we will also do. No project or task is too small for us and we make sure the work is in the detail.
People want to work with someone they know and trust. If they don’t trust you, you will never be able to do help them especially when it is a Mom and Pop owned business and their hard work and investment money or life savings that they have used to open their business. I am a friendly-down to earth person that they can talk to and meet in person that cares about them and their success. They are not just a number to my business and they would work directly with me when they start out and moving forward. I would treat their business as if it was my own and have the utmost care in what I am working with.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Passion, Persistence, and Motivation for success.
