Hi Stephanie, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey with Bronxy’s Professional Home & Pet Sitting started with a lifelong love for animals and a desire to create something meaningful that combined my passion for pets, people, and service. Like many entrepreneurs, I didn’t start with a large team or a detailed business plan—I started with a vision, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional care.
When I launched Bronxy’s, my goal was simple: to provide reliable, professional pet care that treated every pet as if they were my own. I recognized that many pet owners wanted more than someone to simply feed their pets or take them for a quick walk. They wanted someone they could trust with their beloved family members and their homes. I set out to build a business centered around trust, communication, compassion, and personalized care.
As word spread, Bronxy’s began to grow through referrals and the relationships we built with clients. Over time, we expanded our services and developed experience working with a wide range of pets, including puppies, seniors, reactive dogs, pets with medical needs, and even paraplegic pets requiring specialized care. These experiences reinforced my belief that every pet deserves individualized attention and that quality care can make a meaningful difference in both pets’ and owners’ lives.
As the business continued to grow, I was able to build a team of dedicated animal lovers who share the same values and commitment to excellence. Today, Bronxy’s serves families throughout the Miami area and has become known not only for dependable pet care, but also for the relationships we cultivate with our clients and community.
One of the things I’m most proud of is that Bronxy’s has evolved into more than a pet care company. We’ve partnered with local rescues, organized community events and fundraisers, launched initiatives like Miami Mutts Club and Bronxy’s Book Club for Kids, and created programs that bring people and pets together. Giving back to the community and supporting animal welfare has become an important part of who we are as a brand.
Looking back, the growth of Bronxy’s has been built one relationship at a time. Every client, every pet, and every opportunity to serve has helped shape where we are today. While I’m proud of how far we’ve come, I’m even more excited about the future and the continued opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of pets, their families, and our community.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I believe many entrepreneurs are faced with a few struggles along the way. Specially when you are starting from scratch…from an idea. But when its lead by passion and a strong support system, you push through and they make you stronger. In 2021 I struggled Mentally, physically and emotionally. This was on a personal level but knowing what I wanted to do and not knowing how to execute was a major struggle. I had to do a lot of research but thankfully I had time on my side and soon Bronxy’s LLC was born May 1, 2022.
We’ve been impressed with Bronxy’s LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Bronxy’s Professional Home & Pet Sitting was founded with one simple mission: to provide pets with compassionate, personalized care in the comfort of their own homes while giving pet parents complete peace of mind. Based in Miami, Florida, we offer professional pet sitting, dog walking, pet transportation, medication administration, and customized care services for pets of all ages, temperaments, and medical needs.
What sets us apart is that we don’t believe pet care is a one-size-fits-all service. Every pet has their own personality, routine, and unique needs, and we take the time to build genuine relationships with both pets and their families. Whether we’re caring for a playful puppy, a senior pet requiring extra assistance, or a reactive or fearful dog that needs patience and understanding, our approach is always centered around trust, compassion, and consistency.
One area we are especially known for is caring for pets that require a little extra support. We have experience working with senior pets, pets with medical needs, and reactive dogs. We pride ourselves on being a reliable extension of our clients’ families and support systems.

When families entrust us with access to their homes, we recognize that responsibility goes far beyond feeding a pet or taking a dog for a walk. Our goal is for clients to return home to happy pets, peace of mind, and a home that feels cared for.
Beyond our services, Bronxy’s is deeply committed to building community. Through initiatives such as Bronxy’s Book CLub for Kids & the Miami Mutts Club, partnerships with local rescues, educational programs, children’s literacy initiatives, and community events, we strive to create meaningful connections that benefit both pets and people.
Brand-wise, what I am most proud of is the trust we have earned. Many of our clients have been with us for years and entrust us with some of the most important members of their families—their pets and their homes. The relationships we’ve built, the lives we’ve impacted, and the reputation we’ve established for reliability, professionalism, and heartfelt care mean more to us than any business milestone.
