Hidden Gems: Meet Natasha Falconi of Falconi Capital

Today we’d like to introduce you to Natasha Falconi.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started my career as a CPA, spent 18 years working for a real estate owner-developer, and also served as chair of a bank for many years. I was deep in the financial world, managing risk, studying markets, and watching how real wealth was created. And even though I was succeeding by traditional standards, I knew I wanted more – more freedom, more ownership, more impact.

That’s when I started investing in real estate. One building turned into two, then seven. I stayed focused, reinvested, and made a commitment. Every property we touch has to create value – not just for investors, but for the community.

Today, I run Falconi Capital, a firm focused on multifamily properties in South Florida. We buy underperforming buildings, turn them around, improve the quality of life for residents, all while delivering returns for our partners. Our work supports families, revitalizes neighborhoods, and builds something that lasts.

Now, my mission is to help others see that it’s possible. Real estate is a powerful way to create generational wealth – and it’s more accessible than most people think.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely not a smooth road – but that’s where the growth happens.

Early on, I was juggling a demanding career while trying to build my portfolio. I had no roadmap, no safety net, and a ton of fear. I questioned everything and always asked myself whether I was making the right move? What if I failed? But I kept showing up.

There were deals that fell apart last minute, contractors who disappeared mid-project, lenders who backed out, and moments where I had to get creative to keep building. Every setback taught me something. I learned how to pivot fast, how to lead under pressure, and how to stay calm when the stakes were high.

The road wasn’t easy – and I am a believer that I is not supposed to be. I’ve used every obstacle and doubt as fuel. It’s made me sharper, more resilient, and more focused on the long game. That

fuel is what pushed me to build a portfolio from the ground up, to create a company that improves communities, and to help others step into the possibility of investing in real estate and building something that creates impact.

We’ve been impressed with Falconi Capital, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Falconi Capital is a real estate investment firm based in South Florida, specializing in the acquisition and repositioning of multifamily properties. We focus on identifying underperforming buildings and turning them into high-quality, income-producing assets that benefit both the community and our investors.

What we do goes beyond real estate. We improve living conditions, strengthen neighborhoods, and create long-term value for everyone involved. Our approach is hands-on – we’re in the details, from sourcing and underwriting to renovation and asset management. And because of my background in accounting, banking, and development, our investors know we prioritize financial discipline, risk management, and smart execution.

We’re known for transparency, performance, and doing what we say we’ll do. We take pride in being the bridge between capital and impact – giving our investors access to strong returns calewhile making a tangible difference in the communities we invest in.

What I’m most proud of is the trust we’ve earned – our investors have confidence in us, and our team knows we’re building something that uplifts entire communities. We’re not just improving buildings; we’re creating places people are proud to call home.

For readers who are curious about investing in real estate but don’t want to be landlords – we offer opportunities to invest alongside us, passively. That means you can earn stable returns backed by real assets, while we do the work. Whether you’re new to real estate or looking to diversify, we’re here to help you build generational wealth through smart, impact-driven investing.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Transparency, without question.

In this business, capital follows trust, not the other way around. I learned early on that the operators who last aren’t the ones with the flashiest pitch decks or the highest projected returns.

They’re the ones who pick up the phone when something goes wrong, not just when there’s good news to share.

I built Falconi Capital on the belief that my investors deserve to know exactly how their money has been invested and what’s really happening with the assets, good or bad. That same transparency extends to how I treat the residents in our buildings. They deserve honesty about renovations, about timelines, about what’s changing and why.

Discipline matters too. My background in accounting and banking gave me a deep respect for the numbers, for underwriting a deal conservatively, and for never letting emotion drive a decision that should be driven by fundamentals.

But the mindset underneath all of it is what I’d point to first. I’ve never operated from scarcity. Every setback, every deal that fell apart, every contractor who disappeared mid-project, I treated it as information, not as a sign to stop. I genuinely believe the road isn’t supposed to be smooth, and that belief changes how you respond when it isn’t.

If I had to pick one thing, it’s this: The responsibility of having an investor trust me with their capital is a privilege that will always be front and center.
