Hi Lauren, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I had the luxury of growing up in a multicultural household. It enriched my life greatly to be at the nexus of two vastly different cultures and languages. I experienced and learned how language and culture affect our thoughts and beliefs. These formative experiences helped pave the way for my eventual choice to become a Hypnotist.
I sought out Hypnotherapy to help me overcome anxiety due to a personal tragedy at a juncture in my life. I was blown away at how fast and helpful the sessions were. I discovered a desire for the profession that was already in line with my past experiences and interests.
It has been an incredibly rewarding journey so far and I thoroughly enjoy working with each and every one of my clients.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I look at it like any road, some are paved and easy to ride and others have little potholes that we learn to stay clear of or find a better route. It’s been a journey with lessons and accomplishments.

Everyone has a unique journey and their own beliefs. These beliefs sometimes work for us and other times, stand in the way. Without even realizing it, we experience hypnosis on a daily basis. A positive aspect of guided hypnosis is that the client gets to request what they let in and what they want to sweep out.
It’s been wonderful being able to help people get to the root cause and clear out whatever is standing in the way of success or relief.
A large part of the practice is helping clients let go of unwanted habits and behaviors, in addition to inviting motivation and confidence in their daily lives.
