Hidden Gems: Meet Karynna Victorero of Three Brothers Meats

Today we’d like to introduce you to Karynna Victorero.

Hi Karynna, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Three Brothers Meats was founded while spending time with loved ones enjoying the little things life has to offer. Things like a great steak and some beautiful grapes in a bottle.

We always enjoyed dining at exclusive establishments and ordering fine meats. But eventually, it occurred to me – how great would it be to order this type of food in the comfort of my own home? Not only would we enjoy some of the highest quality meats available, but we would get to enjoy them for half of the cost. Three Brothers Meats is founded on the love of family. At Three Brothers Meats, we value family over everything.

The name Three Brothers came from our Three Boys Anthony, Luke, & Jake and their love for food.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
This business has definitely not been easy. I’m a full-time student finishing my Pharmacy Degree. Between being a full-time student, mother and wife it’s definitely been a challenging at times, but well worth it.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are a boutique meat and wine shop. We specialize in Wagyu, Prime, Dry Age, and Organic Grass Fed beef. We also have a great selection of fine wine, IPA beer, and artisanal cheese. We opened this business during Covid 19. We came up with the idea during covid cooking every day, different meals, massive dinners. We begun to calculate what we would spend eating out everyday and that’s where the idea came from. We soon started selling from our garage to friends and family and that put us where we are today.

When our idea came to light. Our concept was providing high-end meat at the convenience of your own home. My husband has a background in wine & spirits so we enjoy drinking great wine. So we incorporated the wine into the mix, who doesn’t want to have great wine with great food!? Pretty much, we wanted to be your one stop shop when having a gathering. We offer beef, pork, chicken, duck, veal, lamb, seafood, wine, beer, artisanal cheeses, rubs, sauces, olive oils, barrel smokers/bbq’s.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
As a child, I grew up with a sibling diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. As a child, I wish I could have done something to help her out or make her feel better… We always lived with the fear that her day would come. We were blessed to have her in our lives for 40 years. I always had an interest for science growing up and wanted to be involved with medicine. I was outgoing as a youth. I enjoyed get togethers with family and friends. My main interest is finishing school, kids, and husband.
