I first entered the space performing marketing duties for franchises in 2015. I was then given an opportunity to become a franchisee myself before launching my own independent company in 2020.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The transition from franchising to independently running a business was a bumpy ride. From setting up corporate accounts with suppliers and manufacturers to logo and website design all the way to new customer acquisition was an uphill battle that we were able to ultimately overcome with focus and determination.
